The original Malio's Steakhouse was opened in 1969 by Malio Iavarone, whose immigrant parents had owned and operated their own restaurant since 1945. Always striving to provide their clientele the finest dining experience, Malio's Steakhouse, for over 50 years, earned a reputation for serving the finest quality food, with superior service and atmosphere.

It is in that tradition that our newest location, Malio's Beach House offers Creekstone All-Natural Prime Beef & Pork, the freshest seafood available (featuring coldwater lobster tails), accompanied by a selection of over 100 wines, along with unparalleled service and ambience.

Was a great place to go for my guys birthday dinner with two other couples. Hard to get into but everyone was pleased with their food and the service. Made for a very nice evening.

I tried this restaurant based on comments from others who went here. I knew it was going to be expensive. Me and my sister went there just because. The service was excellent. The food was fantastic. Bread starter was brought to the table and was hot and soft and delightful. The wine bottles were slightly over our price point mostly around $80 a bottle, and when we asked for a $40 wine bottle, we were told they changed it out for a $50 wine bottle. Well, you can't have everything, but we ordered that one. I had the blackened scallops for a starter which was divine. I had the 6 oz. filet mignon rare with Bearnaise sauce. Utterly flawless. My meat did not bleed. My sister ordered the same but cooked medium and had creamed spinach as a side. It was decadent. We had such a nice dinner that I had to have dessert, naturally. We ordered bananas foster (per our server's suggestion), and I had a neat Knob Creek to finish off the evening. Our server Taylor was very educated in suggestions and her timing and behavior was stellar. Highly recommend for a wonderful evening of indulgence.

From the start, two perfect cocktails at the posh bar, my husband said it was the best old-fashioned he's ever had! Gorgeous restaurant design and perfect ambience. We had a fabulous server 'Sven' who was attentive and personable and made super recommendations! Love Malio's menu and their specials. We started with Lucky Lime oysters from Prince Edward Island and they are now my all time favorite bivalve! The Shrimp Theresa lives up to the hype and so glad they kept it on the menu for the St Pete Beach location! My husband and I split a juicy ribeye steak cooked perfectly medium rare for him and medium well for me and the star of the show, Lobster Tail Theresa!!! Oh Em Geee! It is really hard to describe this luscious decadent special but I'll try.... Perfection!!!! Thank you Malio's Beach House for making our 34th Anniversary one of our most memorable, especially since every server, hostess, bartender, Dina! etc. wished us a Happy Anniversary any time they saw us or passed by, we really felt the love! Can't wait to return! This time with all of our besties to share such a wonderful new fine dining restaurant on Gulf Boulevard!

We arrived without a reservation and that was a bad idea. I checked online and found an opening in 30 minutes. Definitely make a reservation. Menu is great seafood and meat. Everything is as you go. We started with the mussels. Outstanding. I ordered the pasta di mare. Great lots of seafood and the shrimp were huge. Not a lot of pasta so very seafood forward. Loved it. My wife got the petite filet and a baked potato. Both cooked to perfection. She ended up bringing home half the potato it was so big. The chocolate brownie was decadent and we brought half of that home as well. Drink menu was very nice. Small selection of beers. But everything else was there. We shall return with a reservations.
