A full-flavored pale lager, 1903 is a throwback to the American regional brewers that produced flavorful lagers before Prohibition and mass industrialization
STS Pils is a classic European style Pilsner. It is straw in color and often times will have a slight haze due to the fact that it is unfiltered. STS Pils is a hop forward pilsner with a mild malt foundation, strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish
A clean, crisp, session-able, light ale, this Great American Beer Fest gold-medal winner is easy drinking and full of flavor. It has a light, grainy, malt backbone and a prominent floral hop character with a dry, refreshing finish
In 1996, Stone Brewing was founded in San Diego County, just minutes from the border. Since then, influence from our southern neighbors has enriched and inspired us on our undying mission to brew bold, flavorful beers. One such inspiration is Stone Xocoveza, our imperial stout originally released in 2014 to bring the rich, complex flavors of Mexican hot chocolate to beer. It's with mucho gusto that we now follow with our take on a classic lager that is similarly inspired (and tasty) - Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager
Valkyrie is brewed following the traditions of one of the oldest beer styles in Germany - "alt" literally means "old" in German. Brewed with over 60% imported Munich Dark Malt, this beer is smooth with strong malt, caramel and toasty flavors. German Noble hops round out the beer with a nice floral finish
Dark, roasty, chocolatey, dry finish
Nighthawk, our traditional Schwarzbier (black lager) smells of earthy dark roasted coffee and tastes of rich extra dark chocolate. A perfect light beer during the summer for the dark beer lover
There's a lot 'neverending' about IPAs around Stone. Beginning with Stone IPA being one of the very first and most popular West Coast style IPAs on the planet, to our celebrated explorations of double IPAs, session IPAs, fruited IPAs and ultra-fresh triple IPAs, they're an integral part of our legacy. Plus there's the oft-said (but not actually true) comments from some that "All Stone does is IPAs." Ha! Yes, we may love them passionately and perpetually be on a quest for IPA nirvana, but this particular one actually happened onto the scene to aid in your noble pursuit of neverending good times
Science will try to tell you that the human tongue cannot detect more than 80 IBU of bittering; however, this hop-centric Imperial IPA certainly will not leave you wanting for more. Big, bold hop aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits, and apricot are bracketed by malty sweetness
A true leader in the hop-wars of the west coast, Pliny the Elder hits you over the head with hoppy bitterness and manages to smooth the rough edges out enough to become an enjoyable brew
Happy Hops was originally brewed by the Grace Brothers Brewery in 1944 right here in Santa Rosa! Their brewery went out of business in the 1960's, but we wanted to resurrect "Happy" and a new fun beer for him to enjoy! It is also a way for us to pay homage to the Grace Family and their brewing pioneer history. Happy Hops is an incredibly hoppy India Pale Ale with an immense hop aroma and flavor and a mild bitterness
Our elegant premium sparkling dry cider is a reflection of soft summer hues of sunsets across the Hampton beaches. This unique hard cider is sourced from only the best New York State apples and represents a bohemian spirit that resides in everyone
Barrel-aged Wild Ale with second Use Nectarines & Hibiscus
Schoner Tag, which means 'Beautiful Day' in German, is a traditional Bavarian-style hefeweizen. Brewed with over 50% malted wheat, the beer is cloudy from the higher proteins in wheat. The signature flavor in this beer is the banana and clove flavors produced from the yeast fermentation
Brewing is the craft of blending science with artistry then introducing the mystical. Field to Ferment exemplifies this adventure. We brew this fresh hop ale throughout the entire hop harvest in Yakima highlighting different hop varieties as they are harvested. Field to Ferment represents a colossal collaboration between the brewery and our hop farmers. We will make countless trips between the fields in Yakima and the brewery in Fremont, loaded with tens of thousands of pounds of fresh, juicy hops. Nothing is fresher, nothing is better for a brewer. So, please do enjoy this beer absolutely fresh, and enjoy the adventure this beer represents…Because Fresh Hop Beer Matters! "Fresh hops are the best hops." – VWP
Duvel Single is a 6.8% ABV draught variant of Belgium's best selling specialty ale Duvel 8.5% ABV. The Single Fermentation refers to the fact that it undergoes just one fermentation process. This gives it a gentle hoppiness, a mild aroma, and a subtle, fruity bite. Brewery Staff at Duvel Moortgat have enjoyed Duvel Single Fermentation 6.8% for decades and have traditionally cold filtered a small portion of this beer for sale, at a few select locations in Belgium, and more widely in the UK and USA
This collaboration with the homies at Heater Allen is a take on a traditional Festbier. Brewed with a nearly-even blend of Vienna & pilsner malts and a sprinkling of Munich & Carabohemian, the beer was then hopped with a dash of German Tettnang. The result is pretty much liquid gold, with beautiful notes of honeysuckle, allspice, and light biscuit, and a touch of hazelnut on the nose
Mind Circus IPA has a mild bitterness and a thick, luscious mouthfeel. This style of IPA is what is being called in the beer world a "Hazy IPA" Dominantly herbaceous and grassy, with moderate tropical notes as well as some bright citrus. This unique hazy IPA gains its flavor of grapes and grass from the Nelson hops, and its tropical notes of pineapple and mango from the Strata hops. It is unfiltered leaving a "haze" and some yeast for more texture. Oats were also used to add to the softer mouthfeel and hazy appearance
Citrus, blueberry, orange sherbet, apricot & fresh pine sap dominate the palate on this pungent and hazy zinger. We used 5lb per bbl of Mosaic, Simcoe & Ekuanot hops for that inner cheek sting balances with a pillowy softness from oats, wheat and hint of milk sugar
Chapman Crafted Pils is a true version of a European-style Pilsner. The appearance of this classic Pils is light straw with crystal clear clarity. Noble hops that were used provide a hint of spice in the aromatics as well as a quick burst of hop flavor on the palate. The soft mouthfeel is followed by a crisp, clean and refreshing finish
Fortunate Islands combines the bangin' hop aroma of an über-tropical IPA with the crisp, deeply quenching drinkability of a killer pale ale. We achieve this magical result by starting with a mild, nutty malt backbone, then dry-hopping the bejesus out of it with Citra and Amarillo hops. Restrained bitterness and vibrant notes of mango, tangerine, and passionfruit combine to form a sessionable crusher of mind-bending proportions. It tastes like wizards
Our brewers in Portland got together with our homies at Wayfinder Beer to create this stellar Helles. Naturally carbonated through a method called "spunding," this lager is beautifully bright and effervescent, with subtle hints of toasted bread and honey. Ridiculously drinkable and balanced, Abaddon was brewed with German malts and hopped with Perle abd Hallertau Mittlefruh to give it an expressive take on a traditional style
Bright & Crisp. Sessionable. Light-bodied. Versatile. Refreshing
Blind Pig IPA was originally brewed by Vinnie at Blind Pig Brewing Co. in Temecula CA. Inspired by the original Blind Pig IPA, this beer is loaded with hop character but only has 6.0% ABV
BA Hoppy wild ale dry hopped w/ Nelson Saivin & Amarillo
A collaboration with Modern Times Beer + Coffee, this beguiling blend of fresh porter and barrel-aged porter was brewed with ten varieties of malted barley, wheat and oats. Following fermentation, this inky brew rested on bourbon barrel-aged coffee for two days, infusing trace notes of ripe fruit, citrus and rich vanilla
Named after the great Hitchcock movie filmed in Santa Rosa in 1943. This Imperial Porter packs a rich chocolate and light smoked malt character with a very soft, dry finish
Smooth, rich, and roasty, you'll discover dark chocolate and coffee character dominate from our blend of five different roasted malts
This "Born Again" version of Notorious P.O.G. is a collaboration from Liberty Station's head brewer Kris Ketchum and Berlin's very own Thomas Tyrell. Kris and Thomas played with using traditional Berliner Weisse cultures that introduces a fresh and citrusy evolution to this deliciously fruity Berliner Weisse. This beer is the culmination of a journey begun on our Stone World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station 10bbl brewhouse in San Diego, and has been a favorite of our brewers and fans ever since. For those unfamiliar with Hawaiian juice lore, P.O.G. stands for Passion, Orange, Guava
Fruitlands is tart, fruity, and frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays the funky refreshment, while generous additions of cherries, raspberries, cranberries, and lemon transform the whole thing into a wall-to-wall fruit fiesta. It's a marvelous mix of elements that collides with your mouth like a fruit-filled asteroid of flavor traveling at the supersonic speed of party
Inspired by the aroma of sage during the summer months, this Belgian-style Triple is brewed with handpicked white sage from the local foothills. The beer is fermented with a blend of Belgian yeast strains & has aromas of sage, clove and spice contributing to a highly aromatic beer. Initial flavors of malt sweetness are muted by the sage; finishes dry
