Malibu Farm Miami Beach
It was a lovely meal, I had the watermelon juice and fried salmon tacos; the food was excellent and the view was superb.
If you’re a rock star, then you can afford the prices but the food is richly prepared, with a lovely presentation.
The ocean sets a beautiful stage for a lovely dinner.
This place needs much improvement. Overall disappointment.
I always love the drinks and food at Malibu Farms!
Service was horrible. Waitress did not ask us if we wanted drinks. Meal came out with onions on it, when I clearly said no onions. Daughter wanted a second drink, but waitress no where to be found. Will not be running back
Everything we ate was fantastic. Really enjoyed the rack of lamb and broccoli mash.
Terrible food and overpriced
So nice place! Great view and location. Best vegetarian food!
Went for drinks and apps. Great view and vibe. Knowledgeable servers — gave us a heads up that the pizza crust had almond flour as we were traveling w a nut allergic teen.
staff was very nice but unprepared for the number of guests. We were disappointed that 20% service charge was automatically added when the service was not great. food was decent but not as good as anticipated based on what we read. the salmon on the salmon salad was poorly presented and very fishy. for the price of $150 for 2 people at lunch we likely won’t be back.
Cannot be compared with Malibu and Los Cabos :-) Very disappointed
A little over priced but food was good and burger was cooked exactly like I asked. Many healthy options. 5$ for some extra chips at end of lunch I thought wasn’t right. $270 3 adults 3 kids a few extra children THEY should ..... give them you
We were looking forward to our dinner at Malibu Farm but were very disappointed. The decor was very sparse and not very warm and inviting and our meals were below average. The taste of the food was very bland, other than the Caesar salad and the kitchen messed up on one of the meals and ran out of rice and subbed greens instead without informing us (they did take it off the bill). I would definitely not recommend this restaurant for dinner, perhaps lunch would be better, since it has a beautiful beachfront location.
Absolutely awful experience...worst in a long time - waited 50 mins for food then was told my daughters meal was unavailable, just as my wife and I were receiving ours...the mentioned they’d adjust bill...never happened
Food was great and ambiance was amazing
Quite literally the worst meal I’ve ever had. The food was made wrong, came with wrong dressing, dressing on the salad instead of on the side, etc. At one point the waitress took away my brother’s salad dressing, and he had to get up from the table to ask for it back. The waitress then got him new dressing, and said “here’s your extra salad dressing.” Actually it wasn’t extra salad dressing, it was just the salad dressing that should have come with his salad and not taken away randomly? All 3 people at the table had gluten allergies, which we told our server right away and asked her to make the kitchen aware of..... then, as a way to say sorry for messing up the orders so many times, the kitchen brought out an appetizer “courtesy of the chef”, but the appetizer was BREAD..... which leads me to believe that the server frankly didn’t care about our allergies.... which is not only lazy, but also careless. Our waitress never came to apologize for the many errors throughout the meal, and seemed to avoid our table altogether despite her consistent insufficient service. In fact, we had to physically get up from the table and ask other members of the wait staff if we could get the sparkling water that we had ordered, olive oil we repeatedly asked for, etc. The entire meal and service was comically terrible..... if you told me the bad service was part of your restaurant’s gimmick, I would believe you. Impressively bad, so congratz on that.
it was absolutely amazing
This could not have been the regular chef, since the food is usually good and this time it was tasteless and ill prepared.
Never been disappointed .. so fresh so organic
Azeez & his team doing a great job
Victor Elisha Mayelin are the best !!
We had high expectations but were disappointed with the poor service and lack of quality ingredients. The best part of our experience was the friendly bar tender and the ocean view. We are more particular than most about organic ingredients and were not pleased to find farm raised shrimp in the menu.
The view is beautiful however, the compliments stop here. The food is over priced and nothing special. The chopped vegan salad is a rip off and 2 of the 3 we ordered came with the wrong dressing. The nacho platter was nothing short of pathetic and soggy. It was a bowl of blue corn chips with a tiny bit of topping. The cauliflower pizza is mostly a cheese crust so not healthy and super fattening. The waiter never came over to our party of 9 table to check on us or to see if we wanted anything else. We had to hunt him down for the correct salad dressing. Nothing fabulous about Malibu Farm. $300 later a big thumbs down 👎🏼.
Great and attentive staff, delicious fresh food
Creative menu food preparation very good
manager Aziz very nice.
Lackluster overpriced food left us considerably disappointed for the amount we paid. Our least favorite meal while in Miami.
Horrible service. Horrible. Went for lunch on Christmas Eve. Waited 1/2 hour to be seated even with a reservation. We were a party of 4, one persons food came out about 1/2 hr after ordering—pizza came out cold. Other 3 ppl never got food. We ended up walking out. Manager stopped us and apologized and gave us our food to go. The food was good actually. But the service was one of the worst experiences. Also chair was dirty, napkins filthy
After an hour of only getting half of what we ordered we asked for the check only to be told then that the kitchen was really backed up. We waited another 30 minutes and nothing, they finally brought the check and hadn’t taken off the two entrees that never arrived. The manager then came over to offer us a round of drinks which we declined since we’d already been sitting at the table for 2 hours. I’ve eaten there before and it was decent food and service but this was outrageous. Not sure if I’ll ever be going back.
They never brought our food
Had a really fantastic dinner!
Yvan was an absolutely excellent server and he truly had made our dinner quite enjoyable! He recommended items in the menu and everything we had was very delicious!
Absolutely amazing food. Incredible views. Great staff. Amazing options for children. The food was divine and we went back twice!!!!
This is was my second visit through the open table. The restaurant has definitely improved its service! The waiter was extremely good the same as the host!
Delicious, healthy food perfectly portioned. Love the atmosphere
Terrible service . Mediocre food .
I would recommend this restaurant only because of its location and ambiance. The food was mediocre and overpriced, the service was friendly but inconsistent.
They ran out of Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving. No apologies, very disappointing. Would not recommend.
We dined here on Thanksgiving night, and the restaurant was busy. Our server, Ivan, saved the night for us. Apparently, several staff had called out for the night, so they were shorthanded, and upon our arrival, it was clear the host was in over her head. After a wait (with a reservation) we were shown to a table, offered menus and water, without a single word of greeting or smile from anyone who interacted with us. Having worked in very busy restaurants for years, I was disappointed. Then Ivan showed up, and made us feel like we were in his home. He acknowledged the issues, apologized, and then moved on. He kept us smiling through the rest of our meal. The food was exceptional from start to finish, and with Ivan's energy and attitude, we had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner at Malibu Farm.
We went here for Thanksgiving. I was expecting so much more from the pictures and menu. The food was sub par - looked very unappetizing. The stuffing was mushy and the mashed potatoes were tasteless. And I got maybe one morsel of white turkey. The best part of the entire meal was the pies...and even those seemed like they were bought at the local grocery. Very disappointed to say the least. And the restaurant looked like a glorified cafeteria. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend this to anyone. Especially for $60 a plate. What a waste of money!!
Reserved here for dinner as it was on the Eden Roc/ Nobu Miami property and wanted to eat close by. Struggled to find something that appealed to me on the menu. My husband ordered the Chilean Sea Bass served with quinoa and his dish was very pleasing. My friend ordered a cauliflower pizza and it was not in any way similar to any pizza I have ever seen. She said it was okay. I had a terrible, awful chicken and broccoli quesadilla. There was absolutely not one bite of recognizable chicken or broccoli to be found. The filling was a liquid / puree of those ingredients that was unpleasant in taste, look and consistency. There was a spicy cheese sauce on the side. Couldn't finish it it was so bad. Literally went to bed hungry. Beautiful environment and great service but very pretentious menu.
Food was great, but the view was greater. Enjoyed the live performance during Sunday brunch! Wish I knew about the bottomless rose!
