Poor service, poor food . Didn’t get items we ordered but still got charged. Place is filthy , nothing like the photos .
Food was mediocre at best. Had the corn pizza and nachos for a midday beach snack. Very unimpressed especially for the price. Views and ambience were amazing.
My new favorite place! Food is amazing!!!
We had the best view and time at Malibu farms! Our server Dany was exceptional and gave us the best recommendations on what to order. The food did not disappoint especially the avocado pizza!
Caesar was the beat !
Don’t like 20% gratuity added. Your Rewarding bad behavior when service not so good.
Unorganized reservation policy
Priority should be for hotel guests. Too many outside people and not enough reservation availability for your own guests.
Well, I have mixed reviews. I was a guest at the hotel and I couldn’t get a reservation for 2 days, unacceptable! While I know it was a weekend and a holiday weekend , I still should have been given priority seating as I was paying $500 to stay in the hotel and resorted to going underground next door for processed food. Caesar was a great waiter ! Food was fairly priced but the added 20% gratuity for all wait staff was stupid. Shouldn’t reward bad performance. Gratuity, if added should be 15% and if deserved for attentive service then up to the customer to reward. Menu choices could have been a bit more especially for those of us with extending stays. It’s challenging with all the construction to leave the hotel so Malibu farm should accommodate those staying.
Our order never got placed in the system and we sat there for an hour.
DO NOT GO HERE! This was a place we were really excited for and it didn't meet one expectation. Being advertised as a farm to table organic restaurant, this isn't what you will get. We went with a fixed menu, which for this weekend makes sense but they couldn't have been less understanding. We had two members of our party with dietary restrictions that they refused to accommodate and made us still pay the fixed price for things that couldn't be eaten. We spoke to the manager Rachel and she didn't offer one thing to accommodate us. Not even a free round of drinks. Got the wagu steak and that wasn't what we received. Can't even say it was a nice new york strip. Over cooked and didn't meet what we requested. The sides weren't what was listed on the menu. No black truffle and no asparagus. Our vegetarian friend got the curry tofu and it was the smallest piece of tofu with no curry. They Dont care about their customers at all. AVOID.
When reserved on Open Table there was no mention of a pre-fixe menu and upon arrival were told there was no other option. Service was very slow although server was nice. After multiple requests was able to order food for kids off the pre-fixe menu. Only 2 options but I took it. Kids Pasta was a bust. Our meal was good but the food came out very slow. Appetizer soup was a only a cup and served literally in a serving cup.
Great servers were friendly and Dany was the best at recommendations
Such friendly service from the hostesses and Marco.
Wonderful tomato pizza, taste was fresh which arrived to our table quickly. We also tried the Mahi tacos...so good!! A great location. Tables were spaced out nicely for Covid restrictions. We felt safe and enjoyed our time here.
Still a nice destination to enjoy a good meal by the ocean. Wish they would expand their menu even if current dishes are good. Tomato and Avocado pizzas are still delicious as are the few entrees. Overall Service is attentive and good cover-19 healthy safety protocols are followed so we feel safe eating here.
The food was decent but seemed mediocre for the price. The servers were excellent. When reserving online for a 7:30 dinner I was surprised to learn that the kitchen closes at 8pm. We had to ordered drinks , dinner and dessert right away. I would have preferred to know this when booking and would have likely reserved for 7 pm to avoid this rush
The presentation of the food was subpar given the price point. Portion sizes were awful. Atmosphere was not as depicted in the online profile. It was very low budget. Given the price point of the restaurant we had higher expectations. Our waiter took our order and we didn’t see him until it was time for our check.
Food was just ok- you go here for the view only. The seating and restaurant looks tired.
Here for vacation - very pretty!! Food was good but nothing that special tbh. A tad overpriced but that’s what you get when you’re on south beach and at one of those expensive hotel restaurants. Still worth it from my Perspective since every other poolside resort restaurant will be overpriced and prob worse food !
Would def return
Lunch with the girls
Our server was fabulous and so friendly. The food was fresh and so good!
FOOD WAS GOOD NOT GREAT
SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE NOT WORTH THE PRICE
YOUR BASICALLY PAYING FOR THE VIEW
I am sad to say this, because I have been to the original in Malibu multiple times and love it, but this was unacceptable service accompanied by cold food. I never write reviews but it was so bad that someone needs to know or hear it. Truly a shame.
It was empty no one there.
Very crowded, loads of
Hotel guests in large groups without masks.
Service was excellent and food was amazing!!! The menu is very short but the things on the menu are made incredibly well. Highly recommend the avocado pizza and chicken burger!

The kitchen was clearly having trouble pacing orders, and the servers seemed understaffed. This was on a busy Sunday afternoon, so YMMV.
Cannot beat the beach front location but wish it had better food.
Anniversary breakfast
Took 40 mins to get tap water after we sat down. Nice setting but understaffed and overpriced. $6 to add avocado to a salad
If u are looking for a covid friendly place this is not it!!! Very crowded, few masks. We sat at the table and then decided to leave. We did not feel comfortable here AT ALL!!!!!!!!
Great overall experience and all food items amongst our party of five were good. Only thing that could improve would be more menu options...
Awful experience. Waited 45 minutes even with a reservation. Service was terrible- very slow. Certain foods were sold out mid afternoom. Overpriced for very mediocre food
Service was slow
Always great
Slow food service
Food is OK, service is absolutely AWFUL. They have so many items on the menu not available and the beyond under staffed.
This place was terrible and disrespectful. We arrived for our reservation that I requested a booth for, we were told it would be an extra 2 hour wait for a booth with the water view. We settled for a table in the back, then a older couple walks in that had not been waiting and was sat in a booth with the view. They also had done this same thing to other people and when they asked why this was they proceeded to say “sorry maybe next time”. The food also did not match the price point at all.
Avoid this place at all costs people! They are rude and they do not care either.
The ambiance was great. A beautiful view of the ocean with indoor and outdoor seating. The seating was very disorganized which created a few angry patrons. The food portions were very small and overall the food was fair.
Absolutely beautiful view of the beach! Delicious food!
I'll start off by saying I LOVE the Malibu Farm Restaurant in Malibu. At that location, the price was right and the food was simple and fantastic. Because of the Malibu experience, we jumped at an opportunity to dine at the Miami location on Christmas evening, but we immediately regretted the decision. We made the reservation through OpenTable, but wasn't made aware of the restaurant would be serving a Prix Fixe menu without the option to order off of the regular menu. Despite this disappointing discovery, we stayed. We are not cheap and expect to pay premium prices for beachfront dining, but it is ridiculous to charge $100 per person for a three-course meal with the option of chicken, branzino, or a lower end steak. The food was insanely salty. Further, it felt like the chef tried too hard to "fancy" up the food to justify the price, and the flavor palate just didn't seem to work. On a bright note, the dessert and the jalapeno margarita was fabulous. To end the night, we traveled through the indoor section of the restaurant to reach the restrooms, to our disgust the restaurant (dining area and kitchen) smelled like an open sewer pipe. It pains me to say this because I love supporting small businesses, particularly female-run small businesses, but the price simply cannot be justified despite the beautiful view.
It was christmas dinner, there was a $99 pre fix we were unaware when booking, there was no inside seating because it smelled like a septic tank & there were no heaters outside so it was freezing. Additionally, there was no “entree” in the pre fixe for the 2 vegans dining in the group. The wine was good. I would suggest going in the daytime when it’s warm outside
