They weren’t even OPEN despite being able to make a reservation! What a waste of over an hour detour just to enter Diamanté and get to the restaurant. You’d think someone at the hotel could have told us it was closed (like the valet or the guy who walked us to the restaurant) but no one did.
Food was ok the double baked potato was good the steak needed seasoning and there was no steak sauce in the restaurant. Wine pour was very minimal. Service was wonderful!
The restaurant was very nicely appointed and comfortable! A beautiful setting and very welcoming! Stated off with their tequila jalapeño cocktail and it was delicious! And served promptly! A few of us had the coconut tofu veggie bowl and it was so delicious!

Had a wonderful return visit. Ordered the Totoaba catch of the day and the half order of Lobster and were pleasantly surprised with the toast and chocolate covered strawberries served to mark our special anniversary celebration.
Following the 4+ miles of unlit dirt road and passing the security gauntlet to reach the spectacularly modern, minimalist Nobu hotel, we worked up a thirst and were ready to satisfy our hungry selves with a delicious farm to table experience. Decor and ambience was a light and airy vibe of modern farmhouse meets elegant Asian garden. Nice surroundings. The cocktail menu creatively showcased Baja spirits and ingredients. We paired our tasty cocktails to a crudités platter with hummus. There was not nearly enough hummus to accompany the pile of fresh vegetables. The local fresh burrata cheese melted in our mouth. This, sadly is where food kudos end. The grill eluded the kitchen team’s grasp, even with a second chance to get it right. All meat ordered medium rare came out “black and blue”. In other words, charred on the outside and near raw on the inside. Overall, vegetarian dishes and sides were very good. With appreciation for the chef’s approach to source and serve organic meat, the preparation and result was inexcusable. Service was conscientious, professional and accommodating. Overall, I liked this venue more than my dining party, and I will probably try to convince my chef husband to join me to eat there again, withou bias to the last experience.
We were so fortunate to discover Malibu Farms early in our Cabo stay. At home, we look for restaurants with fresh, healthy food and delicious, unusual vegetarian options. We have had lunches and dinners at Malibu Farms Cabo and have enjoyed numerous vegetarian and fish options. Can't wait to go back for their spaghetti squash lasagna... Yummy!

Staying at Nobu Cabo San Lucas ~ This place was a go to for us. Amazing food, amazing service, live music at dinner. Had the marinated flank steak off the lunch menu- avocado pizza, whole fish for dinner. Nothing less than phenomenal 💖
We had a wonderful experience at Malibu Farm! There was not a single thing that could have been improved upon. Overall the service and food was fantastic.

They are still in the early opening stage and have some things to correct. The location is not convenient for Medano Beach so it we didn't feel it was worth the taxi. The hotel is having issues letting Uber back in to pick you up so we ended up with a $30 cab ride to return, instead of the $8 it took to get there. it's probably a perfect casual restaurant if you're staying on the property or on that side of town. Our service was impeccable though.
