La marca proviene de Bal Harbour, en Miami, diseñada en 2011 por el chef Makoto Okuwa, quien fue discípulo de Morimoto. Plant based review: Brussel sprouts are incredible! Full of flavor and texture. The cucumber salad and vegan roll complemented the sake. We were lucky to be there on an off night. Suspect long waits on a busy night.

Despite a glitch in the reservation the hostess seated us promptly. Server was energetic and helpful in choosing dishes. Dishes came out promptly and they were very tasty. All in all the experience was excellent.
