El estilo gastronómico de Makoto está basado en la tradición, el cual se revitaliza con toques frescos y originales. La marca proviene de Bal Harbour, en Miami, diseñada en 2011 por el chef Makoto Okuwa, quien fue discípulo de Morimoto. Una experiencia espectacular!!!! Los platos impresionantes, el sabor, la presentacion, el tiempo! La variedad de cokteles y los sabores muy buenos. Cabe mencionar por encima de todo EL SERVICIO! Nos atendio en la entrada una host con toda la amabilidad del mundo y las atenciones de Miguel en nuestra mesa puso por todo lo alto nuestra experiencia. Hoy dia de las madres en RD habia un DJ que tocaba el saxo que hizo un ambiente muy bueno! Estrellita para el tambien! RECOMENDADO!!!!

Plant based review: Brussel sprouts are incredible! Full of flavor and texture. The cucumber salad and vegan roll complemented the sake. We were lucky to be there on an off night. Suspect long waits on a busy night.

Super bien. La calidad del salmon es top top. Sushi de salmon y aguacate muy ricoo, wagyu beef gyozas deliciosas. Muy lindo el restaurante, el personal muy atento! Definitivamente Voy a volver!!

Servicio bueno. Saben sus platos y agradables para mi gusto un poco alta la música ambiente pero buena. Comida muy buena , proporciones buenas para 1-2 comensales.

Despite a glitch in the reservation the hostess seated us promptly. Server was energetic and helpful in choosing dishes. Dishes came out promptly and they were very tasty. All in all the experience was excellent.
