    Cherrywood smoked bone-in short rib.  Served ssäm-style with lettuce and dipping sauces. Trimmings are then transformed into beef fat fried rice for the table. $195 serves two to six depending on your appetites.

    Join us on Sundays for a special summertime menu at Majordōmo Meat & Fish. We're firing up our smoker and creating our version of a smokehouse barbecue. Expect smoked meats like chicken wings, pork ribs, and beef brisket along with summery sides. We'll also being rolling our cocktail cart tableside which allows us to bring the bar to you. Watch our bartenders build your cocktail with a choice of house favorite spirits and fever-tree mixer.
  • Smoked Prime Rib Dinner

    Starting Sep 12, 2020
    Your dinner will start with fresh bing bread, butter & honey, and our market salad. The second course will feature 8 ounces of our smoke prime rib, seasoned with momofuku savory salt then smoked with cherry and oak until medium rare, served with au jus, fresh horseradish, and mashed potatoes. Dessert will be a single scoop of our house made ice cream or sorbet.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to Majordomo to celebrate our one year anniversary. The ambiance was very nice, and the service was great as well. We especially loved the food - the grilled lobster and smoked prime rib were amazing. It was a great place and meal to celebrate, and their ice cream dessert was delicious too. We would definitely recommend coming here!

Bartenders were outstanding, extremely helpful and knew the food and cocktails, solid selling point. Appetizer was solid, stuffed peppers. Entrees were just good, had the sliders and spicy lobster pasta; sliders were pretty normal, pasta was good but cold. Overall I would try again.

Very helpful staff. The food was not as advertised. I had the 8oz. Prime Rib (smoked), the meat was a sad representation of a overly priced piece of "choice" prime rib, it appears the broth that the meat was plated with was a simple broth with a shot of bottled smoke found in most grocery chains. The overly sweet (jam) infused foie gras was a strange mix of bread crumbs, cream cheese and the sweet jam. Similar to other reviews, the food was overpriced and underwhelming. Majordomo was a Major disappointment!

David Chang out did himself with this menu! We had Jumbo Shrimp cocktail and drinks at the bar, then sat at a table for dinner, they started us off with celebratory Moët champagne for our anniversary, the worlds most delicious honey/butter/nut mix served with crepes style bread. For dinner I had pork chop and butternut...the butternut squash was perfection it had a cream sauce that was to die for!!!! My hubby had the smoked prime rib, with mashed potatoes. Everything was superb !!! Thank you everyone there for a great experience!

Very innovative dishes and the appetizer portions are perfect for sharing. I ordered the 'Crispy Potatoes' and they were the favorite dish we shared - the texture was like crispy Brussel sprouts, with hot chilis and cashews. The 2nd best appetizer was the Smoked Pork Belly.

Wifey had the smoked prime rib which was excellent. Nice cocktail list and the Orin Swift, 8 days in the desert, is the perfect wine to pair.

The best word to describe Majordomo is "overpriced".

We started with the Bing bread, which was excellent, but the accompaniments were in such short supply that it was difficult to spread them between the two pieces of Bing bread we received.

I ordered the Wagyu filet with creamed spinach and my wife ordered the grilled branzino with the B.S. fries. My steak was insufficiently seared, but otherwise OK. The quality just simply did not compare to similarly priced steaks that I've ordered in the past. The fish was slightly overcooked and dry, though the flavor was nice.

Our server, Lance (the one shining spot in an otherwise mediocre dinner), sold us on the B.S. fries and he was right...they were some of the best fries I've ever eaten. The dipping sauce, however, was flavorless. The creamed spinach was the most disappointing part of the meal. It was sour to the point of being inedible and we were told the chef had started a new batch, but we didn't wait to try it.

The service was also, in some ways, strange. While our server Lance was an absolute rockstar, his assistant was weird and off-putting. At the beginning of the meal, he reported us as having left (despite the fact that we were within sight of our table, looking at the crab and lobster tanks) and then began clearing away our plates before we had finished eating.

Long story short, for me, the measure of a restaurant is whether or not I would return, and I wouldn't.

We recieved our entres and my new brides fillet was super cold like it had been sitting for quite a while before being brought out to us. My food was good but I was done before the waitress re imurged to tell her of the problem. They did take it off the bill , but when you go to a upper scale restaurant you at least want the food to be warm.

Majordomo was a fantastic experience. The view and ambiance was very calming with a helpful, charming waitstaff. Although some of the regular menu items were a bit pricey the Sunday Smoker special was a phenomenal deal and absolutely worth it! At the end of our meal they brought out Wagyu Beef Dumplings that were incredible! I would come back just for those dumplings alone.

Majordomo Las Vegas was a hit as usual. Food is delicious, service is great and the table side service is so cool. Meat was excellently cooked and plated. The side dishes were hot, fresh and crisp. Desert was phenomenal! I will be back again.

A friend and I needed a few nights away from our kids after being corona quarantine for 7mos. We wanted good food and a nice atmosphere without a full on party. Majordomo was perfect for that! The waiter was amazing and even surprised us with a dessert on the house. The Wagu Beef, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes and bread was about the best food I've had all year. I wanna go back :(

Meat centric menu with limited (chicken wings) options for poultry. The french fries were outstanding with the cheese sauce that reminded me of cheese whiz but in a good way. Chicken wings are good. They have a coating and are fried and tossed in a sweet chili sauce reminiscent of Thai chili sauce but a bit sweeter.

The crispy rice was the best dish, hands down. Completely different than anything I've ever had. The macaroni was a revelation - you would never know it wasn't cheese and it was delicious. The meat was different - texture, flavor and fat marbling was unlike anyone at our table had ever had and none of us were fans - we had the strip steaks and the lamb chops. The prime rib was very smoky. My lychee drink was delicious. We also enjoyed the bing bread and the pumpkin pie. It was awesome to try a new restaurant and I'm a big fan of David Chang. I would definitely go back, if just for the rice alone.

Some dishes were good and some weren't.

I would recommend the salt and pepper lobster if you're ready to splurge. The fish dishes were tasty but pricey for the amount of food.

The crispy rice was okay. There were crispy rice bits in it but I didn't really care for the flavor or the tea broth that was poured in it. I was expecting more of a bibimbap style.

I have been in the hospitality industry my entire life. I eat out 3-5 times a week and never complain or post a single negative word about any restaurant. I have had bad days and understand all restaurants do. With that said I can say without hesitation this is one of the poorest run restaurants on the Vegas strip. I can’t imagine that David has ever even been to this restaurant. If he has, then I hate to say this but he’s a hack. The “chef” he put in charge is a shoemaker. The menu is boring and over priced . Stick with making soup. The server got our order wrong even though she wrote it down then had the audacity to make it like it was our fault. I’m sorry we couldn’t possibly have made a mistake ordering because my wife is allergic to shellfish. She’s not going to forget and accidentally ordered shrimp. Then they served my steak without her rice I completely finished my steak before her rice came out and the dish wasn’t even hot. Hence my statement earlier calling the chef a shoemaker. BTW steak was poorly cooked. Don’t waste your money you can easily make this food at home.

Well, it is whatever. Nothing with the food we order stands out that would make us go back and try it again. For the price they have nothing wowed us with the food. We had the ribeye bone in, with the side of mushrooms, spinach and fries. We also ordered king crab legs and the bread.
