Permanently Closed - Majolica
We are so sad that they have decided to close but thrilled that we were a part of their 2nd to last dinner. We’re also happy for them that they are going out on their terms.
I feel sorry for anyone who never got to partake in this fine restaurant. Cheers to the chef and the staff.
A great restaurant that will be missed, as it is closing this week. We were at the last a la carte service.
As always, everything was AMAZING!!!
Being without Majolica makes us very sad. You will be missed.
Our favorite restaurant in Phoenixville! We’ll really miss this spot!
Last few weeks for this restaurant and I’ve never been-
So glad I got to go!
As the end approaches, Chef Andrew and staff continue to be dedicated to their customers and to their craft. Amazing! This restaurant, this place, this dream will be always in our thoughts and forever in our hearts.
Never a disappointment - anything you order will be exquisite!
Just amazing. We just moved to the area and are so sad to see Majolica close. Happy we were able to get in before it did. Definitely will follow this chef wherever he ends up.
The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The staff is very polite and friendly. Delicious food that is not on a typical menu. Sad to know that it is closing next month. Get a reservation now.
The food is absolutely incredible - I eat things here I would not normally consider eating but I do because I know it will be amazing - Andrew has NEVER disappointed.
As usual, Chef Andrew Deery presented us with a tasting menu that course after course resulted in "ahs", "yum", and other gustatory exclamations of pleasure. This was our last wine pairing dinner at the restaurant as it is closing in a months time. For us, this is bittersweet. Sweet that we had the opportunity to eat here many times, use it as our standard for a great meal, and know that between the service and the food, we would always be taken care of. Bitter as it is closing soon leaving a gap in the suburbs for outstanding cuisine. The highlights of our meal Sunday were the parsnip soup (creamy, yet no dairy!) with toasted hazlenuts, the seared arctic char on lemon risotto with a Kaffir lime broth, and the porcelette (monkfish) on carmelized peppers, onion, fennel. The dessert- coconut tapioca with yellow berry jam was a wonderful creamy comforting end to an amazing meal. We are sad to see ourour family of servers, staff, chefs at Majolica leave and wish them all the best in their next endeavors.
Absolutely best restaurant in the area. We mourn their closing.
Service was excellent, food was very good. Majolica has always been a great place to go for a nice romantic dinner.
Will be interesting to see where Andrew Deery ends up. Pity Phoenixville got to pricey to make Majolica viable.
Celebrated my Grandsons 21st birthday. The food and service made this celebration very special. The food is always over the top delicious.
Perfect in every way. My favorite.
Always a treat.
Wonderful 21st anniversary dinner! Love them! ❤️🍽
Have NEVER had a bad meal here and I try things I wouldn't think of trying anywhere else and love them. The service is fabulous, the food is superb, the presentation is beautiful.
As usual the service and food were perfect. Andrew is an extremely creative chef who uses the freshest ingredients. The six of us enjoyed his 6 course tasting menu and we all loved it. A highlight of the meal was the goat cheese ravioli in alight cream sauce. The menu included Oysters, grilled char, sweetbreads, short ribs, and a medley of amazing desserts.
Superb food and service ! Chef was willing to work on special requests.Would highly recommend and sorry they are closing.
Wonderful meal! So sad to learn they are closing in December.
Outstanding food and service. Highly recommend before it closes in December.
Very good food. Fun and friendly wait staff. A wonderful BYOB.
this is one of our favorite restaurants - excellent service, food. We've be going to Majolica for at least 10 years and never have had a less then excellent experience. We are really going to miss this place when it closes in December. If you haven't been there yet, don't miss out!
Everything was wonderful. I will be so sad when Majolica closes.
Amazing tasty food. We really enjoy this BYOB!
Went for our anniversary...sad to hear they are closing in December! Food was excellent and flavor profiles were unique and delicious! Wish it wasn’t a BYOB or that it was more clear on the website, but luckily a wine store was Nextdoor.
Great service and cool custom touches between courses. Attention to detail is great and the service was fantastic. The main course and desserts were fantastic. All around a really great meal.
The best. Period.
60th Birthday
Anniversary dinner
Exquisite food & great, friendly wait staff
Amazing, creative food with excellent service. The only minor complaint is that it was loud when we were there. Otherwise a great experience!
Beyond the BEST place in the suburbs! Must check them out and will be back very soon!
So sad to see them go. If you havent gone before better go soon!!
Wonderful food, unfortunately it is closing soon. We love this place, very convenient BYOB restaurant, a real gem in Phoenixville.
Always a wonderful culinary experience. It is a shame they will not be feeding the residents and visitors to PHXV much longer. Get in there before they close their doors for good in Dec 2019.
Exquisite and delightful with dishes quite different than typical Italian restaurants. The food was delicious and the service was just right - not too intrusive but not ignored. Try before this restaurant closes December 2019!
