   We made a reservation for 4 people and we got a small booth with 3 sides. We had to put plates on seats because there wasn’t enough space.

   Excellent brunch! We enjoyed both the food and cocktails for Mother’s Day! The flautas, masa pancake, and enmoladas were stand outs.

   Absolutely loved everything about my experience! Food and drinks were exceptional. The service was superb and I loved the overall ambiance of the space. I’ll definitely be back again and again!

   Food was exceptional and so authentic! We felt like we were sitting in a Mexican home eating real Mexican cuisine! Watching the chef's associates cook the food was a really fun experience too.

   This was my second visit to Maiz and somehow it might have been better than the first. The salsas are so so good, the quesabirria is swoon worthy, but the tuna tostada was the star of the show and is my favorite menu item so far. The balance of flavors between the sushi grade tuna, jalapeños, incredible sauces and the crispy blue corn tostada - definitely worthy of the food happy dance it triggered! All of this was capped off by pork, habanero and pineapple tacos which were exceptional flavor bombs and the cherry on top of another fantastic dining experience at Maiz. I can’t possibly forget to mention their cocktails- a classic margarita with a flaky salt rim is the best around, and my husband ordered a cantarito, which I immediately was jealous of when he graciously allowed me a sip. Love this stunning restaurant, it’s fresh interpretation of authentic Mexican, and it’s incredible staff. Can’t wait to come back.

    We were asked to vacate our table exactly 2 hours after we sat. Have never experienced that before and wouldn’t come back with friends looking to yap.
