For starters they didn’t know of our booking. We got there and we’re seated ten mins and I had to ask for a menu and service. Ordered and our coffees and bread basket just never came. Twenty mins later asked a manager for our drinks and she went to fetch them. Our meals arrived and only three minutes after that did the drinks and basket arrive. Our meal itself was lovely but then tried to get attention for about fifteen mins again before we could ask for the bill. At this stage it wasn’t even that busy. Very disappointed.
