Legendary chef Daniel Boulud created his namesake Maison Boulud to reinterpret French classics. At his downtown Montreal restaurant, artisanal Quebecois products and local ingredients are used to craft modern dishes.     It was with the same pleasure and satisfaction that we had dinner as a family on Sunday, June 15, to celebrate a birthday. Everything was perfect, truly. Many thanks to Maison Boulud for allowing us to enjoy this break in such an exceptional setting.

    The server was rushing us. I ordered eggs Benedict. It was just average. The desert was very good. The ambience was very nice. But overall, I felt it was overpriced for the quality of the food.
