   we stood and waited to be acknowledged for about 10 minutes as members of the team had seen us so we tried to walk in and were told to go to the back of the queue eventhough we had booked. We were in the queue outside for 15 minutes before we finally were seated eventhough there were lots of free tables. The man who worked there seemed to be standing around doing nothing and was very rude to us. once we ordered the beer and coke was flat and it was overpriced for the quality of the drinks and service.

   the staff were rude, took over 30 mins to get our drinks as they ‘tan’ out of ice. no one was social distancing and everyone was rude

   It was really nice! You can tell it’s a new place as the menu wasn’t extensive but the food was good. And the drinks was good! Staff was very sweet and recommended good deserts for us

   Service was terrible from the get go. The security at the entrance was extremely rude because as soon as we got the the entrance he said “we’re fully booked”. Wouldn’t let us get a word in and kept interrupting us when we tried to tell him we’d made a reservation. The waiters then said we were lucky to even get a table even though we had made a reservation. The table was dirty, and the waiter wiped it down with just paper towel didn’t really clean it, and we did not get served at all.

   Booked a table under normal procedure and when I arrived I was spoken to like I hadn’t all because she didn’t see my name pest off, then they had given my table to someone else and stuck me my friend on the piano which is not a table! Nor what you expect to be sat! Atmosphere wasn’t great either. Doubt I’ll return

    Beautiful decor and furnishings but due to the the extremely loud club style music everyone had to shout to hear each other talk. Not a lot on the food menu, so we went for a few bar food plates which were actually really nice. Not much choice of wine which I found very strange.
