Founded in 2006 as Mahony & Sons, we operate two locations in Vancouver at the Convention Centre West and False Creek and recently transitioned to our new ‘Mahony’s Tavern’ brand that better reflects our long history as a cornerstone of the Vancouver hospitality scene. Both locations are prized for their expansive dining rooms, private group spaces and patios, all of which offer views that showcase the picture-perfect views of the ocean, mountains and cityscapes for which Vancouver is famously known.

Perfect for any group occasion — or no occasion at all — our new food menu focuses on classic West Coast fare and offers a wide array of shareable snacks, seafood dishes, artisan hand-tossed pizzas, fresh salads and bowls and gourmet handhelds. Our beverage menu highlights some of the very best craft beer and wine from BC’s own backyard and well beyond its borders, in addition to classic cocktails, ciders, seltzers and more.

excellent experience. food was amazing. our waitress was top notch. table by the window with a spectacular view of the water. might sound weird but we loved the water jug and glasses dropped off at the table

Mahony & Sons offers good food and a friendly atmosphere, though the service could be a bit quicker. The beer selection is solid, and the quality of the food is generally good. However, the recent renovations in 2023 destroyed the character of the place, which is a bit disappointing for those who enjoyed its previous charm. Despite this, it’s still a decent spot for a meal, but it might not feel as cozy as it once did.

The waitress was amazing I mentioned I had a good allergy and she was asking all the right questions before I could even say my speel. She was 🤩 wish I remember her name. I haven't been there in years but this visit will definitely make me re-add it to my downtown tour.

Mahony’s always pours an excellent Guinness! And, we thoroughly enjoyed the Paddy’s Turkey Sandwich seasonal special. Unfortunately, the noise level was off the charts which was odd for lunch time. Service was friendly and attentive.
