Beautiful views and a warm welcome set high expectations, but the experience fell short. Tierra, our attentive server, did her best, but food arrived cold, items were unavailable, and the \$500 bill came without acknowledgment of our special occasion. Great atmosphere, but service and food quality didn’t match. Disappointing.

The restaurant was short staffed and we were seated 30 minutes AFTER our reservation and put food took ANOTHER hour before it came out.

It was a wonderful experience. We were celebrating our 41 anniversary and wanted to see the new restaurant location as a possible venue for my daughter’s wedding anniversary. It was beautiful.

Superb view. Had to wait over an hour before food came. Most of food too salty. The braised oxtails were so salty couldn't be eaten. No hand rails near stairs. We won't be back.

The service was very slow. There were only 3 other parties in the restaurant at noon and It still took us 30 minutes to receive our food. I had the chicken and waffles and they were great. The Cajun egg rolls were good. My husband got the chicken with greens and he said it was just ok. This was the lunch menu so I can’t speak for brunch nor dinner menus.

I love the Mahogany's experience and will continue to. Hats off to our kind waitress and Tim with his top-notch drinks, but the food wasn't as good this time. I flipped my crumbled, cold waffle over to find half of the bottom missing with black crumbs on the top, and my hard, scrambled eggs were runny. Hopefully, ⁹it was just an off day.
