Magnolia's Restaurant & Lounge is located in heart of the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. At Magnolia's Restaurant & Lounge we are passionate about the food we serve and inspired by the bounty of fresh ingredients the Northwest has to offer. The bar offers a great cocktail menu, unique wine offerings and a tasty happy hour from 4pm to 6pm daily. Our private dining room boasts a fireplace and can accommodate up to 35 guests. We have a lovely patio that is open during our warmer months and is a great place to dine with family and friends.

    Service friendly but disjointed. Entrees arrived before starters were finished. Our table seemed to be the only one that did not receive bread. Food pretty good but not good enough for the price which is high. $170 including tip for two appetizers, two entrees and two glasses of wine each. A disappointing 5th anniversary meal that felt far from special. Either price needs to go down or service/experience/food needs to improve to reflect the premium.

    A great choice for NewYear's Eve with friends. The menu choices appealed to everyone in our group, and some sharing happened! We appreciate a restaurant of this quality in such a convenient neighborhood location.

    Food was delicious, beet salad and salmon dinner were amazing. Lighting too bright, took away from warm cozy ambiance they could easily attain if they just dimmed the lights...

    This is a great restaurant to have in the neighborhood. Good food and drinks, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced. This is our go to place for good NW American fare.

    The staff was very nice. Shelby our waitress was very good. But the food: My fingerling potatoes tasted bitter--spoiled, even. My scallops were under-cooked and smelled fishy, not sweet. I still ate them, but they were a disappointment. My beet salad was swimming in dressing --too much. Dessert--apple and berry crisp was overly sweet--made my teeth ache! Could not taste fruit, only brown sugar. Two other guests with me seemed to like their meals okay, Risotto and Pork chops. It was a great place to meet to talk because there were not many other guests. (Wednesday night).

    We shared a beet/goat cheese salad and a scampi rissoto (both delicious)! We are hoping the menu, quality of food & ambiance remain the same under new owners (changing ownership in 2 weeks...I think it will be called The Magnolian).
