   This was our first time it was ok. I ordered the turkey wings, the waiter said it came with rice and two sides. When I received my food there was no rice. I had to ask her several about the rice. The turkey and sides (cabbage and sweet potatoes) were very good, however the gravy on the turkey was very salty. My friend ordered thr shrimp and grits and couldn't eat the shrimp, they had a funny taste. So that was money wasted. I would try them again just to see if it was an off day.

   Great restaurant that I will surely visit again. I do think the the shrimp and grits needs a little more flair. But overall great food.

   This restaurant did not disappoint! The food was great and the restaurant vibe was amazing! We enjoyed the music (all clean) that was played for V-Day. I ordered the chicken and waffles which were delicious🤩 We will definitely go back for brunch next week.

   Waited about 35 mins for food, and when it did come out it was only a partial order. After we completed our meal (15 mins later) the waffles came out. No refill on waters. Salmon and grits was good and so was the shrimp and grits. I give the food 4 stars service wasn’t so great.

   The food was very good! The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice! The servers were very attentive and the manager was very welcoming.

   We arrived 25 minutes early for our anniversary dinner on Saturday. The establishment wasn't too busy, so we were seated right away. The waitress was nice as she took our drink, appetizer, and entrée orders. She brought our drinks right out. THAT was the last time she stopped at our table. 1 hour and 43 minutes later, and we still had nothing but watered down tea and lemonade on our table because the ice had melted. We left after the family that came in 45 minutes after us received their appetizer before we did. I was so disappointed because the reels I've seen for the restaurant were so appealing. Please look at your cameras at the only couple sitting at the front window waited with the exact description of what I just relayed in this review. (Oct 12 @ 5:50pm) I'm still apologizing to my husband because this was our anniversary date night.

   My name is Shawn the Owner of Magic Soul Food. This review was upsetting to me. For years I’ve worked very hard on customer service and from your experience you guys didn’t get it. Situations like this is not acceptable or tolerated. I could only imagine how you guys felt. Yesterday was my anniversary and I put myself in your shoes and felt twice as bad.     Restaurant closed down when said on open table and online was open. Drove 50 mins for nothing. To see a no work order sign on door.
