   A very disappointing end to a great weekend in NY. It was like having brunch in what felt like a grubby sticky night club. The tables are mostly low drinks tables, which was different to eat off such a low table. You can see the Empire State Building but that’s as glamorous as it gets, you don’t get a feeling of a roof top bar at all. The food was actually not too bad to be fair, apart from coffee being served in cheap paper / cardboard cups, the service and the staff in general was just very poor. There was absolutely nothing nice about this place, my husband was even less complimentary about it as was my 18 year old son. Sorry I won’t be be back!

   The entrance and exit were a bit confusing, though it wasn’t a major issue. There’s a strict security protocol before entry, including bag checks. No one was stationed at the coat reception, so we proceeded straight to the elevator. Thankfully, someone promptly assisted us there. Upon arriving at the rooftop, there was no signage or staff at the main entrance to help with seating. While looking around, we asked a server, who told us to return to the entrance to be seated—despite no one being there or any signs. Eventually, a host did assist and guided us to a table. The venue has a trendy, lively atmosphere with a live DJ, making it feel more like an afternoon club. The server was friendly and quick to assist. Drinks were served promptly, but we didn’t order food as we had a dinner reservation elsewhere—so I rated the food 1 star by default. The drinks were basic, so I’d give them 3 stars. Overall, there’s not much I’d recommend unless you’re looking for a loud, upbeat spot for a casual cocktail.

   Food and drinks were good but the restaurant temp was too hot . It’s a rooftop restaurant and needed to have the sides open for a breeze . All the decor was gone and the outside decor was too . They are doing a renovation and will be done by end of month. I have been here twice before and it was not the same . I don’t need to go back

   This was an amazing experience! My wife and I decided to spend our 4 year anniversary here and they were more than fantastic! From the vibes of the space to the impeccable service, they continued to make us feel like royalty throughout the night! As a surprise for our anniversary they sent to the table a shot glass sprinkler fountain which was a huge highlight of the night! Thank you all so much! We will definitely be coming back!

   Our waitress helps everyone but our table. Had to ask two times for straws. Ask for re fill on soda and never got it. Waitress spent more time talking to one guy who works there than attending tables. Had to eat food in my lap because the table was a small bench table. In order to get high top you needed 5 or more people. Will never go there again

   We were not notified that the crookie is not “in season” until the end of the meal. I pre ordered them 2-3 weeks ago. This would have changed where we ate because most things on this menu have common allergens which is annoying for people with food sensitivities and allergies. My friend’s food came over 30 minutes late after ours. The waitress kept saying it’ll come out in 5 minutes. Two of us had to get up to ask her because she was inattentive. And not being told ahead of time about the 2 crookie reservations along with the fact that I clearly marked on the reservation that we were celebrating two birthdays and nothing was done. Not notifying a party about this inconvenience and further inconveniencing us with inattentive service is wild. We will not be returning here.

   We loved having Easter brunch with you guys! The place is outstanding for the views and the setup is so cool. We were all impressed! The food was so good, and the frozen espresso martini was delish. Paula (hope I spelled this right!) took such great care of us, she was outstanding, THANK YOU! We loved the rooftop and will be back for Easter brunch next year!! Music was awesome as well, such a great vibe....from 11 years old to 82, we all loved dining with you! THANK YOU!

    LOUD. Barely-there service. Drinks in plastic cups. Overpriced (but it’s NYC). Decent tacos.
