I booked a table a day before for 4, as a very last minute change of plans for Mother's Day. 3 of us arrived about 10mins before our reservation time and were seated immediately. What sucked was sitting at a table that was half in the sun and half in the shade, but I understand due to the way the roof was constructed. What was weird is that the hostess gave us 3 menus and then when we were taking a picture - she took 2 away... (they later took them away again because they said they don't have enough for their guests). Overall the restaurant was spacious, but extremely loud. My friend who has been there before said the music was way lower last time she came. It was uncomfortable to have a conversation with my party. The food was great. We came during brunch hours. Prices for drinks are average for NYC $18-20. Food cost $14-22 a plate, depending what you ordered. We came to celebrate so we ordered almost half of the menu. What everyone was really impressed with was the Dubai Chocolate Croissant ($18). Delicious. We also ordered the Egghead on the Roof ($16), which was basically a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I had the Country Toast ($16). It was just one slice of bread with avocado, an egg and a blob of ricotta I believe. It was pretty good, I genuinely enjoyed it. The little slider burgers ($22) were great. We also ordered The Basket of pastries ($14), Granola ($11), Chicken Fingers ($19), Side Fries ($12), and some alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The Moira Rose ($20) has a great presentation. They bring out a rose shaped ice in a wine glass and poured the drink over it at the table. For the end, we ordered the Palette Cleanser with 4 shots of Vodka (x2) and Tequila (x2). They weren't pure, but mixed with something; tasted very fruity. We love it. Before we left we took some picture on the terrace which had ok view of the city (we weren't on the Empire State Building side). Everyone enjoyed themselves overall.

We went there (myself and 10 y old daughter) for Mother’s Day brunch. We were seated next to speakers and could barely hear each other. Also the roof was retracted and there was no shade and our seats were very hot to the touch. Our server was not very busy but was very slow to respond and bring drink refills (we literally just drank water and it wasn’t until we were about to leave that she brought a carafe. Food was ok but a little pricey for what it was.

We had a great time with a party of 12 on a Saturday evening at 10pm. It was fantastic that we were able to make a reservation for our group without a minimum cost.

A very disappointing end to a great weekend in NY. It was like having brunch in what felt like a grubby sticky night club. The tables are mostly low drinks tables, which was different to eat off such a low table. You can see the Empire State Building but that’s as glamorous as it gets, you don’t get a feeling of a roof top bar at all. The food was actually not too bad to be fair, apart from coffee being served in cheap paper / cardboard cups, the service and the staff in general was just very poor. There was absolutely nothing nice about this place, my husband was even less complimentary about it as was my 18 year old son. Sorry I won’t be be back!

The entrance and exit were a bit confusing, though it wasn’t a major issue. There’s a strict security protocol before entry, including bag checks. No one was stationed at the coat reception, so we proceeded straight to the elevator. Thankfully, someone promptly assisted us there. Upon arriving at the rooftop, there was no signage or staff at the main entrance to help with seating. While looking around, we asked a server, who told us to return to the entrance to be seated—despite no one being there or any signs. Eventually, a host did assist and guided us to a table. The venue has a trendy, lively atmosphere with a live DJ, making it feel more like an afternoon club. The server was friendly and quick to assist. Drinks were served promptly, but we didn’t order food as we had a dinner reservation elsewhere—so I rated the food 1 star by default. The drinks were basic, so I’d give them 3 stars. Overall, there’s not much I’d recommend unless you’re looking for a loud, upbeat spot for a casual cocktail.

Food and drinks were good but the restaurant temp was too hot . It’s a rooftop restaurant and needed to have the sides open for a breeze . All the decor was gone and the outside decor was too . They are doing a renovation and will be done by end of month. I have been here twice before and it was not the same . I don’t need to go back
