MaGia's Friendly Italian
This was our first visit and unfortunately MaGia's was catering a big affair and the head chef wasn't there and no meals were being served. So, I had a stromboli and my wife had a MaGia Sandwich. They both were very good. We also had an appetizer that was good. Check out their catering costs though - $8 a head for a great meal! Anyway, we both said we would return for a meal - can't wait to taste their veal marsala and they currently have a groupon coupon.
We arrived inn time and we were promptly seated. The waitress took our drink orders offered complimentary beer or wine. We ordered our dinners and then given wonderful hot out of the oven garlic knots. Our salads came next. Mixed greens with cucumber onion and tomato. The tomato was diced. I personally liked that. Served with house made balsamic and olive oil dressing. Dinner came out all at once. For 5 I was impressed. Everything was served piping hot. Now the not so good. The platters seemed salty. Sandwiches no problem but the chicken parm and the eggplant and artichoke parm were . we ate it but too much salt for my taste. Other nice touch it was my sons birthday I let them know in advance and they were able to procure a cake for me. It was very good. We will be back this is our go to Italian the pizza is out of this world.
Hey Donna, Thank you so much for the feedback. We truly appreciate any and all feedback as it allows us to continue to grow and improve. We are happy that you chose us to celebrate the special birthday. We took your note on the salt and have made adjustments to make sure that it does not happen again. Thanks again for the feedback and hope you are enjoying your summer.
