   We celebrated an anniversary and a birthday. The food was amazing. Our server was knowledgeable and very friendly. Would not hesitate to return on a future visit. We were visiting the area from the Midwest.

   It’s off-season so they only had one waiter on staff and he was hustling but still do not get the same service. I was just trying to check out and get home to let my dogs out and I was waiting 30 minutes for my check.

   Maggie’s is a crowd favorite and a MUST try. Every time i visit SLT, i HAVE to stop here. The staff is amazing, i love how dog friendly it is, and how beautiful the view is during the meal. Andrea our server was phenomenal, so sweet, and attentive. The food was magnificent, I ordered a breakfast meal (the short rib benedict which is to die for), while my friend ordered the crispy chicken sandwich lunch meal (and within one bite was in heaven). 100/10 would recommend!

   Really quaint and upscale. Also great seating outside. Lots of dogs (large) which my wife and daughter are super allergic so not our thing. Food was good. Music was extremely loud and reggae? Odd selection for the vibe. Everyone was working very hard and the place is very clean. There is also a good wine and drink selection. The Silver Oak 2020 was over $280.00 so it’s a bit over the top but at least they have it.

   This is a must go to when in the South Lake Tahoe area. I would highly recommend making reservations.

   Service was ok, but one of the worst foods I’ve had in my life. I ordered the sashimi and the fish was old and bad. The rib eye was questionable. Short rib was ok.

    Wow! We had no idea this place existed until looking on OpenTable. Everything exceeded our expectations. The drinks, service, food, were all incredible. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.
