We had lunch here this past Monday for a business lunch. The service was amazing, the food was amazing and we were blown away with the whole experience. The waitress was very sweet and helpful and the buss boys and everyone who came to the table were pleasant and would joke around with us. We contemplated coming back the next day and ordering different dishes. We will absolutely be back for lunch and hopefully dinner soon!
We always receive great food & service.
Great food, great service, would def go back again.
Excellent ambiance and attentive staff. Food is off a bit and needs improvement. The pasta in our chicken piccata was over cooked and all the skin had not been removed from the chicken. The Oysters Rockefeller had a bit too much going on - recipe needs to be simplified. Overall a good experience, better food would make it great.
Valentines Day so normal delay in seating after we screwed up and got there late was negated by Champagne on the house
My wife’s Sea Base was one of the best she has experienced
Amazing service and food. Valentines dinner was perfect! Complementary champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and flowers were a good touch! Had the chefs special, Seared Halibut and lobster, all of the flavors worked great together. Cocktails were delish. Definitely will be coming back! Waiting staff did a great job as well. Live jazz music created a nice mood.
We greatly enjoy our dining experience every time we dine at Maestro's Bistro and Dinner Club. This restaurant is among the best in Greenville. The steak is outstanding and buttery. The scallops are absolutely delicious. The kale is amazing. We leave the restaurant every time looking forward to returning.
Reservation at 7:15, they were backed up and we waited for additional 20 min. Seated in the "backroom" with zero ambiance. Table was wobbly and was told they would come back to fix, did not. Ordered oysters and they ran out for our order which is fine, so we went with the Rockefeller Oysters instead, they were brought out with bacon in them which they did not show on the menu. My girlfriend does not eat meat and was quite upset, they took care of that.. Her meal was then told her came with a side it did not when given to us. Each drink order was a 25-30 min wait. Found out at end of the meal there is a bread service that we did not receive. Steak was good. Seems as if they are growing a little too quickly for the area they are and the servers are not up to date on the menu items. For what you're paying for this meal, a bit more is expected and I didn't feel the experience was worth it.
We really enjoyed our time here for our Valentine's Eve dinner. Service was great, food was fantastic, and it was a great experience overall. Will recommend to friend and will definitely be back soon!
Front of house hostess completely forgot about us after we checked in. Reservation was for 6:45, didn’t get seated til 7:40 because we eventually went and said something after we watched multiple groups get seated. Luckily our 2 servers made up for them with phenomenal service. Adam and Shane were top notch. Food was incredible.
Food and service were awesome. Definitely, we will be back!
Always excellent food and service.
If it were not for the very loud party in the room near us, it would have been a perfect evening.
Ryan was amazing and incredibly helpful for menu selections.
We will definitely return and have already told several of our friends and colleagues about our experience.
Maestros is nice. Located in an office/bank building. The food was good, but not great, not quite as good as I expected. Service was friendly, prompt and attentive. Portions were kinda small, although it was lunchtime. The She crab soup was bland. The stuffed mushrooms appetizer was amazing, the best I’ve had. Homemade pasta with shrimp was spectacular. The tuna tartar was made with frozen ahi pieces, but the preparation was tasty. All in all a good experience, but if I’m going to spend money on fine dining, it should be a little finer.
This was our first experience at Maestro’s Bistro and we look forward to returning often. The warm welcome we received from the hostess when we arrived set the tone for a memorable anniversary dinner. The food was outstanding, the ambiance delightful, and our server Kevin was terrific—very attentive and personable. My husband and I both had the Wagyu carpaccio (delicious and beautifully presented) and the pan-seared duck breast—also excellent—and we shared the truffle fries and a wonderful Pinot Noir. Sadly, we had no room for dessert—maybe next time!
I have dined at Maestros many times and have never been disappointed. The food has always come out promptly and hot. Kevin our server, Pam and Tyrell did an excellent job ensuring I had a great dining experience!
It was our first time there and the service was impeccable. The cowboy bone in rib-eye was so tender and flavorful! It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back.
Great place in downtown Greenville. We went with friends and had a good time. It was a little loud due to the band playing, but not a deal breaker. The food was good, but the steak was a little salty. It was a little pricey, but not too much out of the norm for what I’ve seen elsewhere. I would go back here.
Service was excellent as well as the food. Ambiance was great with a young man playing guitar and singing great songs. Perfect date night with my wife.
Maestros is a hidden gem in downtown Greenville.
A group of 5 of us celebrated a friend’s birthday and everything was perfect! From appetizers to dessert and everything in between, it all tasted fresh and delicious. In particular empanadas were spectacular and the steak cooked perfectly. Parmesan risotto is a MUST!! Service was great and we were never left with an empty drink or with dirty dishes on the table. There was an acoustic musician which made for nice background music but at a volume that still allowed conversation. The Maestro’s team made this a most enjoyable birthday experience! We will be back!
The food and service was fantastic!
Amazing food, service and the Chef was outstanding will definitely be back for tje empanadas and duck
Delicious and wonderful food!
Second time there, and the steak was divine just like last time. I prefer the outdoor dining experience, as it's more casual, but they did have wonderful live music and an otherwise quiet, upscale steakhouse vibe. I follow them on IG and the daily lunch and dinner specials look amazing, so I'm going to branch out from steak next time. Lovely service, and really some of the best food to be had in Gville now that Husk has gone BBQ.
Perfect dinner place.
My husband and I were looking for a nice place to have lunch, since I had the day off. How did we not know about this place? It was fantastic! The host/manager told us about background of the chef. We decided to sit at the bar, and the service was excellent. The bartender made me a delicious cosmo with Japanese vodka. I had the clam chowder and crab cakes. My husband had the gumbo and the swordfish sandwich. Everything was delicious!
Amazing service very focused on the "experience" and it shows; perfect timing from start to finish; they make everyone feel like a Vip; Terrell & Andres made our experience truly extraordinary!
The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They gave us the option of using their private dining area and even set up a separate table for gifts. The owners wife handcrafts the the flower arrangements:table decor and it is stunning. The food was delicious and fresh, nice presentation. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the high end feel of the restaurant. Definitely going to be a returning customer.
The food was outstanding.
First time eating there and loved everything! Great food, drinks, and wonderful staff!
My first time there and its certainly not the last. Everyone and everything was excellent.
Excellent restaurant in the heart of downtown Greenville.. a must for any foodie or if you love fine dining! Trust me you don’t want to miss this one!!!
Our dining experience tonight was one of the best experiences we have had in Greenville. It was overall outstanding. We ordered the special tomahawk ribeye with a king crab leg and two sides--spinach and risotto. The food was top-notch. Our appetizers, the escargot and oysters Rockefeller, were the perfect start to our meal. The service was equivalent to the finest restaurants in Atlanta, NY, or Chicago. I highly recommend this restaurant. Our dog enjoyed his bone...
Perfect! Staff outstanding, food fabulous.
This was our first dinner at Maestros and we truly enjoyed the experience. Our server Kevin was excellent-made good recommendations and fun to talk with during our meal. There was live music which helped ambiance. Will definitely return to try steaks. We had duck breast, she crab soup, salad, beef carpaccio, and empanadas. The empanadas were especially good.
It is not easy to find it but, please, persist, food is divine, service is superior and there are choices for everyone and everybody. We will be back, especially now when we know how to get there (it’s in the TD bank building)
The service was great as well as the creme brûlée. I would recommend better descriptions of the food items either on the menu or in person. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and I received a piece of grilled tuna on one piece of bread. It just not what I was expecting although the piece of tuna did have a good flavor.
I can not recommend Maestro's higher! We attended for my wife's birthday and they were overly accommodating, extremely responsive, very kind and easily some of the best service we have experienced. I had the Pasta Rustica and my wife had the trout, the servings were large and the tasted incredible!
If you are in the Greenville area as a local or just stopping in town for a brief period, definitely make sure you go to Maestros, you will not regret it!!
Food and wait staff were excellent! Bar service seemed a bit slow. Live music was a nice touch, as it wasn’t so loud you couldn’t hear your table. It was cool watching the chef inspect each dish before going out. (Open kitchen with window)
