It is oyster season all year round at Maestro S.V.P! We welcome everyone to seafood world experience. The ever changing menu stars dozens of oyster varieties, cooked, baked and raw. Maestro SVP is also a seafood bistro where calamari, crab, shrimp, lobster, mussels, clams and scallops co star on the menu. Fish enthusiasts are sure to be tickled with the variety. and then there's the famous Maestro platter, an enormous feast of seafood for two.

Went for my girlfriend’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was awesome. Unfortunately the food wasn’t anything special(was good but not amazing) and considering how expensive it was I won’t be going back.

Restaurant was cold- had to move tables as draft from door. Forgot about our wine. Food was good but not great.

Amazing food and service! The oyster were just awesome - the best I’ve ever had!!! Will certainly go back soon! Our waitress Julie was supper!

Nice dinner overall. Richard started with the Calamari, which was very nice. Only issue was the batter fell off at times, but the flavor was good. I had the Clam Chowder, which was just right. Really hate the chowders these days that are like porridge. This one was chock full of clams. For mains, Richard had the Louisiana seafood, which was like a bouillabaisse. Lots of flavor. Could have used a few more other items besides the mussels, of which there was a ton. I had the Lobster Thermidore, which was excellent. My only complaint was the fact it was "barely" a pound Lobster & it cost me $68!! True, it was "market" price, but being in the food industry I know the Lobster prices lately. Geesh! Talk about highway robbery! My fault for not asking the price, but though the food was very good, it wasn't worth that price! Staff, however were a total delight & they run a tight ship there.

Fabulous seafood restaurant. We loved the ambience and fit out. Service lacked personality but was efficient and attentive. Oysters were amazing!

Le service était très particulier et minutieux. On ne manquait jamais d'eau, la nourriture excellente, l'ambiance douce et chaleureuse, ainsi que notre choix de vin, exquis. Nous y étions pour l'anniversaire de mon copain, qui adore les huîtres. Notre souper romantique a été un succès grâce à Maestro SVP. :)

Second time eating here. Lively spot. Great oyster selection although a bit pricey at $5 per. Enjoyed the tresor du large oysters from Iles de la Madeleine (spelled incorrectly on the board, interestingly). Chipotle encrusted tuna was very flavorful and nicely presented but a bit sinewy. Overall very good.

We pick Montreal for our 6th anniversary and maestro for dining , everything was exceptional, server , food , environment .... thanks guys 100% we back
