Welcome to Madrina, where we focus on seasonal products and authentic ingredients from Spain to reimagine a menu that marries innovation and fun with Barcelona classics.

Our 37ft bar serves sangria, cocktails, and traditional tapas. In true Catalonian fashion, the bar features a ham carving station and a Spanish-style glass display case with cold bar delicacies. The open kitchen provides a window into the work from the brilliant team behind the menu, offering modern interpretations of traditional Catalonian tapas.

We are proud to be the first restaurant in Canada to earn the coveted "Restaurants from Spain" certification, identifying Madrina for the use of authentic Spanish ingredients and techniques. We are also thrilled to have been part of the Michelin Guide in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Our wine list showcases many beautiful Spanish grape varieties and regions, including some indigenous grapes, while our famed cocktail list features wonderfully creative cocktails.

    Food ok but small portions for big price. wait staff not attentive-needed to ask multiple times for things. Also feel that waitress lost interest in our table when explained we don't drink alcohol

    This place was excellent. Each item was different than the rest and all items were flavorful and one could taste what the chef intended to instill into the dish. Staff was courteous and the decor is nice. I highly recommend this place for family or date night.

    the value for food was horrible! they served us morsels for way too much money!!! the waiter was nice but really tried to sell us more food which was alarming as well

    Great meal on the patio. The tapas were delicious and the patio is beautiful. A turn in the weather from rain forecast to warm and sunny caught them short-staffed so service was a bit slow.

    We sat outside - lovely setting. Service was pretty good, although a bit slow. Food was ok - felt they tried too hard and didn't always succeed? Still a nice patio for a drink and a snack.

    The food was great, but the service was slow, and there were some issues with our service. Be careful if you are seated in the four-top front of a tall glass cabinet filled with wine bottles: patrons kept trying to squeeze through the very narrow space between our chairs and the cabinet to get to the washroom, which would shake the cabinet, and didn’t feel safe.
