   Thanks Madrina for a fabulous anniversary dinner experience for my wife and me. It was our first time there, and we will definitely want to come back again.

   Great service even though it was clearly a busy night. Food and drinks took a little longer than usual according to our server but we didn’t even notice. The food was outstanding (especially the oxtail buns) and the drinks were delicious. Definitely recommend and we will be returning! Can’t wait to come back for patio season.

   Just by a pure coincidence, I booked a table here bc another restaurant was fully booked. WOW, what a find! A Michelin 2024 plaque! The welcome, the service, the quality of the food and not to mention the extensive wine list. Wines that are not available at the LCBO,ended up buying 2 bottles to take home. A perfect place to have a light meal pre-theatre. We will definitely be back with a group of friends.

   Food was spectacular. Chorizo Oysters Patatas Bravas Potato omelette Crab and Avocado Salad Paella If you're dining in the Distillery District, this is an absolute must. Thank you Madrina Bar for making our last night in Toronto a great one.

   Amazing upscale spot for modern Spanish food. Everything was super tasty and beautifully presented. Special kudos for the kids menu which is as nicely done (and sometimes a weak spot in even the nicest places)

   My wife and I visited the restaurant for her birthday dinner on March 14th. We had an amazing experience. The food & wine was superb. Our server, Kai, provided exceptional service to make our dining experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend a visit to Madrina Bar y Tapas!!

   Food was ok, but service was super bad. We sat down and waited for 40 mins and no one server came or greet. Tried asking for a server and just got ignored, said ‘im not ur server’. The restaurant wasn’t even full, still have plenty empty spots. not good value, pls avoid

    We had such a great time sharing tapas / the kitchen was very accommodating because we had two guests allergic to sea food and fish… our server was very attentive and we had an excellent time. The potato bravas, the beef tartare served in a bone marrow and the spinach croquettes were particularly delicious. It is not a cheap outing bay all means but it sure it a perfect place to go for that special occasion.
