Madisons Restaurant & Bar is a concept that goes beyond your traditional steakhouse or bar & grill Restaurant. Inspired by that great metropolis, New York City, and fueled by a passion of food and detail to service and design, we offer an experience unsurpassed in the industry.

When entering Madisons guests will be astounded by the rich mahogany wood and art-deco design. With great detail taken for lighting and color, from the Chinese drop lights and all ambient lighting, to the shades of the burgundies, browns and yellows in the restaurant, we’ve accomplished a warm and inviting atmosphere that will only compliment our guests dining experience.

Described as a steakhouse (we prefer the term “grill and bar”), we offer top quality Certified Angus Beef ® and baby back ribs, a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pastas and chicken dishes. Regardless of the guest’s preference, the Madisons menu has something unique to offer everyone.

Réservation pour 2 personnes (cadeau à mon fils) non respectée par le personnel à l’accueil, le mardi 15 octobre 2019, 17:30h. On nous refuse une table pour favoriser les tables à quatre, sans nous offrir qu’une table pour 2 se libère. Nous avons dû inviter deux personnes inconnues et sans réservation à compléter un groupe de 4 pour avoir accès à la salle. Quelle est l’utilité d’OpenTable? Que penser de l’attitude de ce restaurateur? Le client est traité comme une marchandise...

45 minutes d'attente avant de recevoir mon plat Serveur n'a pas servi d'eau Serveur ne remet pas la facture en main, dépose 2 facture sur la table et s'en va Serveur s'excuse (juste avant de quitter) pour le temps d'attente, ils sont ''short-staff'' - pourquoi pas avoir dit ça pendant qu'on attendait notre plat Bref service médiocre, rapport qualité-prix faible = allez voir ailleurs pour les soirs de matchs/concerts

La nourriture était délicieuse, mais la serveuse ne savait plus où donner de la tête. Par chance, il y avait un "runner" qui lui nous a apporté nos assietes et nous a desservit. Je lui lève mon chapeau car sans lui (crane rasé et moustache) notre expérience aurait été médiocre. Nous étions a la location Centre ville a cote du Centre Bell, beaucoup de gens y sont allé, comme nous, car il y avait un spectacle ce soir là. Nous sommes arrivé tôt donc on a eu le temps de manger, mais ce netait pas le cas pour plusieurs. Si vous y allé un soir devenement, arrivé tôt sinon vous manquerez de temps.

Greeter was excellent. Proximity to Bell Centre was great. Music was exclusively Lenny Kravitz who was performing at Bell Centre next door - Nice touch! All down hill from there. Server in bar before dinner was abrupt and rude. Server in dining room was either overwhelmed or inexperienced and should not have been working a busy shift. She screwed up our food order and brought our wine to the wrong table. Menu for event night was not the same as on-line menu which we can understand, but it was menu that made our decision to go there. Regrettably, we won't be back as there are many other options around arena that should be better next time.

After spending 4 wonderful combined weeks in Montreal (3) and Halifax (1), and having absolutely terrific food the entire time, Madison's -- our last night in Montreal was really a let down. Food had to be sent back and was definitely not up to par. We were actually warned not to go after we made our Open Table reservation by the bar tender at our hotel -- he was definitely right. We will not return.

This is a good place to dine prior to an event at the Bell Centre. Unfortunately they only take reservations until 4 pm on event nites. The service, food and ambiance were good but the noise and value for the money leave guests feeling short changed. We will try other places closeby on our next visit to the area.

For the price, Madisons is absolutely not worth it. Their 18oz steak is mediocre beyond explanation. It wasn’t terrible or inedible, but it was shockingly underwhelming. The plate it was served on was bare. The sides were cheap and boring. Even the baked potatoe wasn’t fantastic. The lack of effort that went into preparing the meal was so obvious.
