The service was exceptiinal, the staff are friendly wnd ensured we were okay. The food was running behind schedule and they had the courtesy to let us know.

You always know what you are going to get here. It won't be haute cuisine, but you will get generous portions of reasonably priced American classics in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. They genuinely seem to care about their customers, which is all too rare. Been back time and again over at least 10 years, and will keep doing so.

Thank you for a great evening. Great place for the birthday celebration. Fresh food of great quality with great atmosphere. What more you could ask for :)

Madison's! Great vibe, upbeat staff, great food for all! Family meals or a date night you will never be disappointed! Theres a reason when i think of eating out, it's always my go to choice, Madison's!

Food was excellent especially with the half price ribs on Tuesdays. Staff were very friendly and didn’t rush us at all which I like. Very clean too.

When we arrived the restaurant was closed even though we had booked and the lady that let us in was not very enthusiastic and didn't acknowledge it was my son's birthday. However another waitress arrived who was brilliant and totally transformed our experience. The first thing she did when she came to the table was wish my son a happy birthday. She took him to meet the chef, let him create his own ice cream sundae, brought him a shot and made it fun for him to lead up to drinking it and brought him a dollar note to sign. She also gave him a lolly at the end. The second waitress made my son have a birthday meal to remember.

We love this restaurant, especially my 9 year old son; he loves helping to ‘make’ his dessert! It was busy on our last visit (a Saturday evening) so the service was a little slower than usual but still great food and a great night out!

We visited Madisons to celebrate a special occasion, we were originally going to book somewhere in the centre of London, but changed our plans due to the climate demonstrations.

I booked Madisons based on the reviews that I read on TripAdvisor and Google.

We were happy with the service and the food and we will visit Madisons again.

Madisons is always a favourite and really pleased they have now added some vegan options too.

Cosy restaurant and lovely food. Great atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend, nice cocktails and fairly priced with a mixed variety of homemade food.

The fourth time as a family we have celebrated a birthday at Madison's. Very friendly staff, fabulous steaks and ribs. I'm not sure we can wait for the next birthday to tuck into another juicy T Bone steak again. Great restaurant.

Felt like me and my friend wasn’t welcome.
Tried to order a 2nd drink but was told we had to order food or we wasn’t allowed to stay as it’s a restaurant not a bar! We wanted a couple (2) of drinks before eating our meal. Forgot my side order and felt like the bar tender didn’t want us there. Last time I went with a large group and it was amazing! the bar tender is what’s made this a bad review.

We’ve been visiting Madisons over the last 15yrs, we love the relaxed feel of this place, the excellent service and good food.

This was my 4th visit. The staff were very welcoming and remembered me and my guest even though it had been 6 months since our last visit. The waitress and barman remembered our previous order. My steak was cooked to perfection and their mixed salad is huge and delicious.

I would welcome this restaurant to anyone regardless of age.

What a great experience.

We walked in and he pretty much guessed our names. Was threw me. But as the night progressed, I realised that most of the other customers were regulars who he knew by name and even some of their food orders.

It was my birthday and there was a banner by our table and a free little bottle of prosceco as my first drink. A really nice little touch.

The food portions were a lot bigger than expected. My fiance and I went for several starters rather than a main but we deffo ordered more than we needed.

The staff were all very friendly. Chatty and that right level of interaction so as not to intrude on your evening but to enhance it.

We talked about the history of the restaurant and also about the dollar bills all over the walls and ceilings.

The milkshakes were great. Need better straws though.

Our "mains" were good sized portions and I still felt full up the next day!!

We still managed a desert and again these hit the spot.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Good food and good people working there, that’s all you can ask for !

The menu is very good with eclectic meat(Zebra etc) for burger choices. Very fun waiter that interacts with the children very well.

Very nice place, very good food. Faultless and friendly service even offering bottles of Spitfire from the fridge or at room temperature. I'm not a gourmet so won't give 5 stars because I'm not an expert. All I can say is the food was bloody good. Shame I didn't have room for any desserts so maybe I'll skip breakfast and lunch next time so I can try them. There definitely will be a next time. Very, very good.

3 of us tried the OMG burger challenge, and we wasn’t disappointed. The burgers where huge and very tasty. All 3 of us failed by miles but great restaurant and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back
