I’m very disappointed with the service I got during my visit. I ordered a bottle and expected better treatment. The servers were not polite or professional. No one asked me if I wanted a a sign with the bottle service , and the girl just ran away. One server with tattoos acted rude, like I did something wrong. On the video, you can see she didn’t even shake the bottle — she just stood there. This ruined my night. When people order bottle service, they expect good service.

Overall, this restaurant is really just for the ambiance. The food and service definitely need improvement. The food was hot, which was the only plus, but it was bland, not tasty, and not worth the price.

I’ve only been here twice but I have to say, I was impressed with the food and service, last night, as it was packed. Great food, service, music and ambiance! When I arrived, there was no line outside and I had a reservation and I was walking in and a bouncer basically charged at me, as if I was some threat. I am 5’1 and a female, so I don’t know what made him think that behaving that way was professional and appropriate.

Food was okay …. We were put upstairs even though we had a reservation and there were empty tables downstairs, drinks were expensive and not great.

I went here for the first time on my birthday and I was surprised that the customer service was lacking. They seated me and my 6 girlfriends for dinner at low lounge table upstairs a though we booked dinner. When I asked the waitress to move us she said they were too busy and I had to ask the manager. It took over 30mins to just get seated. It took a very long time to order and receive our drinks in or food. Overall I wouldn’t call this a high quality Toronto dining experience or place with good service. The entertainment and music was loud and part of the fun but hard to get a drink at the bar. Disappointed, this place was hyped up too much for what it was. The food and drinks were mediocre for what you pay for. I would say it’s more a club vibe than a nice Toronto dinner experience.
