Encantador

The Cavallino Family welcomes you to experience their newest addition to their family of restaurants, "Made in Italy Trattoria". Our family has been in the restaurant business spanning decades and numerous generations. More recently, the Cavallino's are the former owners of "Enzo & Lucia's" in Long Grove, IL. As our family continues to grow and expand into new suburbs, so does our network of family restaurants.

"Made in Italy Trattoria" is located in Glen Ellyn, IL. Our Italian style restaurant provides a romantic and quaint atmosphere while offering a menu made of authentic Italian family recipes prepared by actual Italians. We invite you to come and experience great Italian food which our family has perfected through decades of experience.

We left without ordering. Although we had a reservation, there were no tables available in the main restaurant. We were told we could wait or move to the “speakeasy” that we had to walk outside to get to. The vibe in the speakeasy was disgusting. They walk the food from the restaurant outside to this space. The wine delivery guy wheeled in five crates on a dolly right behind our table. Cheap decor. It didn’t feel clean. We walked out and went elsewhere.

A cute restaurant with great service and delicious food!! What more could you want! Make a reservation for sure and plan to look for parking because there is not a lot available and it’s downtown Glen Ellyn so it’s a hunt to park. So worth it though. Can’t wait to return!

Service was great and very accommodating. Food was excellent as always. We love your pizza and vodka sauce. Great kids menu too. One of the best Italian restaurants in the western suburbs.

We always enjoy coming to Made in Italy. We lived in Italy for 2.5 years and it is as close to authentic Italian as we've been able to find in the USA.
