You may remember us as Liberty House, and rest assured, we are still the same mouthwatering food and cocktails, unmatched level of hospitality, and unbeatable skyline waterfront views, we just decided to rename the restaurant after our daughter, Maddy Rose.

Located on the Jersey City waterfront, Maddy Rose Restaurant offers a dining experience like no other. With panoramic views of the New York City skyline, indulge in expertly prepared steaks, fresh seafood, and elevated yet approachable cuisine that brings bold flavors to every plate.       Aaron was an amazing server! Great service. Outside area is beautiful with a view of nyc. Food was great especially the calamari and tres leches really stood out for me.

      The apps were tiny, stale, and not tasty at all (tuna tacos, beef tartare, lobster roll). Food service very slow. Took 10+ just to get water and have orders taken. Waited over 30 min for desert. The ambience is lovely.

      My wife & I chose Maddy Rose to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. We went to Maddy Rose on June 14,2025 - 50 years to the day of our wedding. The ambiance was fantastic. Kattie was our server & she was great. Sher went out of her way to make it a special night. "Happy 50th Anniversary" was printed on our menu! When we asked Katie to take our photo by the window, she told us to go outside where she took the photo with the NY skyline in the background. I highly recommend Maddy Rose but caution anyone considering going there to make a reservation. As you would suspect, the place is filled so the reservation is a must.

      I had a bachelorette party there this weekend and we had the BEST time! Our waitress Stephanie was amazing, the table and views were incredible, and the food and drinks were insane. We had so much fun and loved our experience! Thank you to the staff for making sure we were fully taken care of and having a great time. This place is a must see. Amazing time, thanks again!!

      The food and service were good. The restaurant was very, very crowded and loaded. There were two weddings and several large parties. Food was good, but nothing really outstanding. Location was nice but it was rainy and cloudy so the views and outdoors weren’t accessible.
