My sisters and I decided to give Madam Butterfly’s Korean BBQ a try based upon previous reviews. We had an amazing bonding experience. The meats were seasoned well and all the food were delicious with large portion sides.

Very good food. My wife loved the drinks (she had a Lychee martini x2). The design of the restaurant was quite nice; we both commented on how nice the bathrooms were. Server (John) was attentive and friendly. I was not very hungry when we got there so I ended up having something you wouldn't expect- French Toast, but it was delicious. My wife had the grilled Salmon bowl and loved it. I want to go back to try more.

This was our second time at Madame! We were super excited to get Emmaly as our server again too. She’s efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She’s always a lovely server! We fell in love with the filet!! Korean steakhouse is always a must when we come to Savannah. Always an amazing experience with excellent food and drinks.

Really like the egg rolls and shrimp appetizers. The biminop was delicious. I would like to have had cloth napkins - the restaurant’s food and service are above paper napkins.

This was my second time at Madame Butterfly, but we ate in the Korean steakhouse area! Very delicious food. We had the Meat Lovers Feast and Platter, with lots of yummy sides. We also ordered a piece of wagyu ribeye cooked by the chef and it was the best steak I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back!

We ordered 7 Appetizers because they all looked so good. And it was good! Will go back when ever the opportunity presents itself. Service was nice, very cozy new age kind of place. Cozy and new age don’t mix but it did here. Good job! Madame.

I made an advanced reservation for a special birthday dinner in the main dining room, where I had requested premier seating. Unfortunately, when my guest & I arrived, we were seated off to the side of the bar with inadequate lighting. I inquired about the seating, & our waiter, Mario, explained that it was the only option available for our party size at the time. Mario's service, however, left much to be desired. He seemed somewhat distant, often taking only a few people's orders at a time & then walking away. When we informed him it was my birthday & we wanted a memorable experience, he appeared surprised & asked if the service had been bad. Although we reassured him, it was clear we were looking for a more engaging & attentive service. The problems persisted when our food was brought to the table. The waitstaff couldn't differentiate the cooking temperature of the meat to match the plates correctly, leading to confusion. Neither Mario nor another staff member addressed this issue promptly. We also experienced delays with some drink orders, & when we brought it up, Mario seemed taken aback & shifted the blame to the bar or the kitchen, lacking accountability & follow-through. Despite his request for feedback on the service, he couldn't handle constructive criticism. Furthermore, many of our guests' steak orders did not meet their requested temperatures. Given our overall service experience, we chose not to inform Mario, as it seemed futile. While some of the dishes, such as the wagyu, brussels sprouts, prime rib, wings, croquettes, and Madame Bang shrimp, were enjoyable, the ribeye lacked flavor. On a positive note, the drinks were good. Nevertheless, our service experience left a significant dent in our overall impression, making it unlikely for us to return to the establishment. The restaurant added a 20% gratuity to each check, which we felt exceeded the value of our dining experience. The good food couldn't compensate for arrogant & bad service.

My daughter took me here for the first time and her 2nd one. We had the Korean BBQ and it was excellent! The meat lovers' selection is of all wonderful tender meats such as ribeye and pork belly that you cook on a grill set deep into the center of the table. There isn't smoke or a large amount of heat. It's an easy thing to do but the server, Riley, explained everything expertly and was kind enough to school us on all the great sauces and side accouterments that were included. The dining area was very quiet and the lighting was dimmed but still bright enough to read your menu so the ambience was very welcoming. The tuxedo bomb is a dessert you don't want to miss if you love chocolate and the key lime cake was to die for as well! Everyone's drinks were excellent so I don't think you'd go wrong trying any of the signature cocktails. Can't wait to visit again and introduce my husband to this place!

Will be back!! The Crab Rangoons were amazing! The signature cocktails are a must try, especially the Monarch!! The filet mignon was melt in your mouth according to my partner and the Trout Stuffed Crab with the veggie medley was a perfection of flavors! It was very good on all accounts! The server was polite and knowledgeable and we sat in the front, corner window which was nice booth seating for two.

Generous portions of well sliced and seasoned meats for the Korean BBQ. The banchan and sauces were very tasty. Our server was very friendly and attentive and did an excellent job guiding us through our meal. The only detriment was the hostess telling us it was reservation only when we attempted to walk-in. So we hopped on open table and made an immediate reservation for 10 minutes later. Seemed odd she couldn’t just seat us as a walk-in table. But all in all a great experience. Will be back.

Rough start as we had reservation for 8 and didn't get sitting until 8:30. But once we were sitted the experience was great. Food and cocktails were great and their recommendation for drinks afterwards was also great. The Peacock!!!

Menu was not up to date. Service was slow. Food was prepared different than we hoped. The rice was over cooked, the Bimbimbap was overly spicy and not asked for spice level preference. Chicken and pancakes were frozen chicken tenders quality. Not impressed with the food. The photos and menu and reviews online led us to believe it would be a 5 star meal.
