The restaurant itself was beautiful, well-designed with great lighting, stylish decor, and quality glassware. It definitely gives off a polished first impression. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill from there. We came in as a party of 10 and were the only table in the restaurant, yet service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It took 15–20 minutes just to get our drinks, most of which were simple orders like soda or wine. Oddly enough, another table that arrived after us got their drinks first. To top it off, one of our drinks was spilled when they were finally brought over. We ordered food right after getting the drinks, expecting a similar delay. Some of the meals, like the chicken sandwiches, were actually pretty good, well-cooked, and flavorful. But my French toast entrée was a complete letdown. It came out looking like an appetizer: two small cubes of toast coated in cinnamon sugar with just four banana slices placed in the corners of the plate. It was supposed to be bananas foster, but the portion and presentation were incredibly underwhelming. Given the poor service and inconsistent food, this was unfortunately a one-time visit for us. The space is nice, but they have a lot to work on before we’d consider coming back.

We visited for our anniversary. The service, from the host greeting us and our server, were excellent. They each wished us a happy anniversary at the beginning and end of the meal. I enjoy the drink menu and the seasonality of the food menu. We love the Greek salad. It isn’t a typical Greek and is something special. This was the first time since our first visit that we ordered the bread as an appetizer. I wish I hadn’t. The price and menu indicated that it was artisanal and top tier bread. It was neither. This was a true miss. At $15, it should be stellar. They served a tomato consommé as an amuse bouche. It was fantastic. I wish it was on the menu. We also ordered a filet. It was overcooked a bit was still tasty. The beat salad with grilled chicken was a bit average. The fries could have been wonderful but came out less than warm and not quite salty enough. We had to leave in a bit of a hurry so they gave us some fresh madeleine cookies to go. There was live music in the lobby. This was the first time that I’ve seen live music at the Daxton. I’d like to see this more frequently. Overall, there were of couple of things that, if tweaked, would make Madame truly special.

We miss the former chef, but the new menu didn’t disappoint. The stars of the meal were the smoked oysters. Our server handled the entire dining room with a smile.

I’ve dined here several times. I notice that following the change to a Hilton property, the entree portions have become smaller. There definitely seems to be a lot of new staff. The original staff, especially at Madam, were so knowledgeable and really provided an upscale dining experience.

I was at Madam on Sunday celebrating my birthday with family and friends and I had such great experience. To begin with the restaurant is beautifully designed and the lighting is warm and inviting also the background music was pleasant and not loud at all which is great for holding convo without screaming. I cannot say enough about the quality and taste of the food. They happened to have a prix fix menu the day I went and the value was amazing. Three courses for $40!! Absolutely everything we ordered tasted delicious including dessert. We ordered caesar salad, braised short rib, schnitzel, mushrooms, pavlova etc..., and the portions were perfect. Our server was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend Madam to anyone for any occasion on any day. Very happy I chose to spend my birthday there.

The food was amazing but the server was very slow. We dined for 3 hours with empty plates on the table for up to 30 mins between courses. Had to ask for water refills constantly. The noise level was also very high.

The service at this restaurant is very poor. We waited 20+ minutes for a server to acknowledge us sitting down. We had to flag down staff for drinks, not one checked in on us until after we had finished eating and then we had a hard time getting a check. The restaurant was not busy even though it was Mothers Day brunch and yet the manager told us it was “slammed”. The food was just ok - over salted and the tuna poke bowl had poor quality tuna. Prosecco was served in a standard catering wine glass rather than a proper glass for the drink. Given the prices, all of this means it is not a good value.

It’s ridiculous to charge the amount you do for parking It’s less at Beverly Hills hotel In ca This is mi and is in now way as nice or exclusive..get over yourselves and money grabbing. you are no Bev hills hotel and they validate for lunch or dinner bringing valet to 25 for a car and then the best part is we had to wait 15 minutes for our car and you weren’t even at full capacity and I’m sure not everyone there valet their car either D Disgusting to charge people having dinner there that amount for parking We also ordered bread and ordered two ofthe burrata for appetizers… Like the waiter couldn’t have told us that the butrata came with a bunch of bread ?! So we ended up with an insane amount of bread. The waiter laughed 🙄

Unfortunately even though I had a reservation we had to wait 35 minutes for a table to be set up. The staff didn’t start to work on setting up a table for us until we had already been waiting for 20 minutes. The food was okay, exactly what I would expect for an afternoon tea. Overall the experience was okay but I was a bit disappointed by the wait.
