   Noise level extremely high. Dinning experience was average. We asked for soup but not available. We asked for de cafe coffee and was not available. The food and service was good.

   Compared to last year’s Easter buffet; there was way more food last year compared to this year. It was definitely not worth the $75 pp. There was a shortage of clean plates and people where standing in line waiting for plates to come out; staff should be better prepared to handle a crowd like this. Again; there was barely any food compared to last year; I was truly shocked. Also, the utensils and food and the staff was all over the place-zero cleanliness. At one point, I even saw the staff at the steak section grab a piece or steak with his hands to put it in the customer’s plate. Anyhow, this will be my last time going there!

   This review is based on Easter brunch. Atmosphere was not great - did not expect hotel ballroom. Music was good. The few waitstaff that were there were very nice but woefully understaffed. Not a good value

   Thank you for your review. We appreciate you joining us for our Easter Grand Buffet. We strive to make the atmosphere and decor beautiful with the use of fresh spring flowers, Easter photo backdrop, table decorations, the Daxton Bunny centerpiece and other thoughtful touches. Our holiday events are always held in the Grand Ballroom or our parlors so that we may accommodate the large buffet and many guests. We're glad you enjoyed the entertainment and are happy to hear that the staff was friendly. The price we set for our buffet was significantly less than Easter buffets in the area as we pride ourselves in delivering a positive dining experience at a fair price.    Easter brunch was terrible! Berry stuffed french toast was dry as a bone, sushi rolls were loose, grilled chicken was dry and flavorless, poor assortment. We went there previously for their Thanksgiving buffet, and it was so much better! Service this time was cold and indifferent. I will warn everyone against going here!

   Currently writing an email to management regarding the brunch. It seemed to be falsely advertised on their website - half the food mentioned was not on the buffet yet the price was unchanged. Some of the higher end or more interesting items were substituted with lesser quality - Such as chunks of polish sausage in place of roasted leg of lamb. Some stations mentioned on the website were completely missing, such as the bagel station with lox, garnishments, cream cheeses or the parfait station -to their credit, a few of the basic fruit platters were garnished with 4-5 blackberries, 6 raspberries and a handful of blueberries, no yogurts or granola or lavender honey as advertised. Advertised crab claws completely missing from the “seafood station”. I could go on, but I will save Madam further embarrassment. I cannot believe they were truly worthy of Restaurant of the Year. The Chef and the management team should be embarrassed.

   The food was just ok. We really enjoyed the live music. They had amazing activities for the children. For the price, I would think that at least basic drinks or mimosas would be included. The layout of the food could have been better as well. Overall, it was nice. I don’t need to attend another buffet. I’d much rather dine in their sit down restaurant or bar/cafe.

   Easter brunch at Madam was outstanding! It was our best Easter experience with a huge selection of delectable dishes, live band, sweet Easter bunny who posed for pictures of which we were given multiple copies, artists who created animal balloons and caricatures, beautiful decorations in every room and a coloring station. Our fifteen month old granddaughter was the Easter bunny's biggest fan and kept coming up to her for additional interactions. There was so many food choices that you couldn't try them all with its giant pink metallic bunny in the middle of the buffet. We had a table of 7 adults and 2 babies and couldn't be happier with our decision to spend Easter at Madam. We're hoping that our table next year will include more out of town family members after we tell them how wonderful our experience was!

   I recently dined at Madam, and it was a complete disappointment. The food had absolutely no flavor—no seasoning, no depth, just bland and uninspired dishes. To make matters worse, the prices were outrageously high for what was served. The worst part? My chicken was raw in the middle. That’s not just bad cooking—that’s dangerous. With so many great restaurants to choose from, I won’t be giving Madam a second chance.

   My husband and I were excited to enjoy the prix fixe menu offered by Madam. The portions were generous and delicious. The cocktail offerings were great. Regretfully, the food service took over two hours. There were very long pauses in between the courses. The restaurant was not busy so the delay was not easily explainable. Our server stayed in communication with us and the timing from the kitchen seemed out of her control.

    Fantastic food and service. Will definitely be back. Our server heard us taking about my friends bday and brought her dessert with a candle after dinner
