   We booked for my friends birthday which was a Sunday. We turned up for our booking time with was 12:00 and they weren’t open, we gave them the benefit of doubt and waited 15 minutes. We knocked on the doors multiple times and still nothing. The number in their website went straight to voicemail. It was a surprise. Wrong opening ours and accepted our booking even though they were closed. Luckily, Dr.Inks round the corner saved the day and my friend has the best birthday! Safe to say, we’ll never be going to you again.

   Absolute shambles!! Turned up Saturday afternoon after having a table booked for 2 weeks. After receiving multiple emails re reservation, Macy Browns were closed!!! Soooo embarrassing!! I had arranged the work dinner and drinks. Spoke with the manager on the phone. He did not give a poo and after reading other comments here that is even more clear as he continues to allow the same thing to happen. His response to the mess was that the booking system is automated and not a human 🤯

   Absolutely fuming...i had this table booked to have cocktails to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends. When i arrived the placed was locked up...no message to say it was closed. I had tried to ring all morning but the phone just kept going to answerphone. They did post about ordering cocktails that evening for delivery...Absolutely no mention it was closed!

   Drove 40 mins here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived the whole restaurant was in darkness and the doors were locked. Rang the number for the restaurant but it went straight to voicemail. We were confused as to why it would let me book a table and opening hours are on website when the restaurant was closed? No warning of booking cancellation or social media post saying they were unexpectedly closed

   Despite making a booking, the door was locked and it wasn't open so we went elsewhere. I've since messaged them and they've not replied. I tried to ring and there wasn't an answer.

   Lovely seating area. Good Christmas atmosphere. My white wine was not to my taste which a personal thing I know so we bought a bottle of Moët which was reasonable in price. There was 5 of us abs we had a good time.

   Got seated in the coldest part of the venue. Would of been great to have a heater here.

   Apart from not having a drinks order took when we sat down or for the first 15 minutes the service and staff were very friendly. The outdoor area and drink were lovely. Will definitely return.

   Didn’t eat here only had cocktails, so cannot comment,but couldn’t write a review without completing all categories! However the ambience, service, place and cocktails were all amazing and would highly recommend
