                We typically have nice experiences at Mac’s but today was not one of them. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks- not even anything special, the kids ordered orange juice and tea. If it had been busy, would understand more but at the time we were one of two full tables downstairs. The egg breakfast typically on brunch menu was $22 it was priced at $44 for the Father’s day Brunch menu which really is disappointing and feels wrong.

                Always an impressive experience with amazing food and service. Best: Beef Wellington bites, all the cocktails, delmonico ribeye, barrel cut filet, fries, mushrooms and gooey cake. Fabulous place to have a very nice dinner or celebration!

                The food was delicious! The server and food runners were incredibly kind, but it was very very busy and I think they may have been a bit understaffed. Overall, our first experience was enjoyable, and we will be back.

                Outstanding anniversary dinner. Started out with pimento fritters with bacon and onion jam. Then we asked if they could.do the foie gras add ons for the entree as appetizers, which they did. Tremendous.! My wife had the snapper with lobster crust, very decadent. I had the filet, always perfectly cooked. Paired with some great wines as well. Finished with bread pudding to share. Brought home the leftovers, too much for us. Mac’s is the best steakhouse in the Atlanta area in my opinion and our go to place for any special occasion.
