My ohana had never been here before. My 10 year discovered that he LOVES omelette's. He said it was very good. I had the steak and it was ono. My mom had the loco moco and she said it was super tasty. Thank you for a great meal. The cost was not too bad at all.

This is more of a diner than a restaurant it was fine but not at all what we were expecting.

Good place to have a business meeting , not too loud. Nice menu selections, and service is good. Validated valet parking a plus!

Took the family for a weekend lunch. Restaurant looked nice. We were seated quickly. Our table was spacious enough to spread out. Our server, Elaine provided excellent service! Our meals looked & tasted terrific! Everything was awesome!

The gluten free pancakes are spectacular!

Joel was awesome.... and our food was great... I would like to make 1 suggestion...don't serve that flavored butter with the pancakes... I like the pancakes, but that butter it was served with was not good... Besides that, we were extremely happy....Thank you for treating us locals well...There are alot of places that cater to visitors better and the locals not so much...Everytime I ate here, they have giving wonderful service!!!!

Went with family for dinner after long day of traveling to HI. Great service and food. Perfect fit for what we were needing, a relaxing evening together.

Best diner in all of Hawaii. Pleasant environment. Great quality pancakes and waffles from batter made from scratch. Good steak and ahi. They’re receptive to your requests and needs. We would like them to add fresh fried fish and chips to the menu. You can get a thick milkshake or New York style egg cream fountain drink. And yes they carry Coke products and have good desserts.

Took some family that came to visit. There wasn't anything we ordered that we didn't like. Service was good. We will definitely be going back!

Always a great spot for food and drinks, especially since it is indeed 24/7. The speed of service could use some work, because it took our server 30 minutes to even drop off water and take orders. Once everything arrives though, it is excellent.

The waitress blamed me for not reading the fine print about cinnamon in the butter. I'm allergic to cinnamon so asked them to make me new pancakes. 1/2 hour later still no pancakes. Other food was OK, and very nice windows to the courtyard. I would go to Denny's instead.

Our server was really great at helping people choose from the really large menu. I overheard her also helping the man at the next table. The food was fun diner type things/comfort food/local style. We were able to get in and get out as we had a play to go to. Great place to bring kids.

MAC 24/7 is a really good restaurant choice with a wide variety of options and good-sized portions.

Nothing special about this restaurant. Food was acceptable but not noteworthy. Decor was nonexistent. Service was okay. Quiet. Would I go back? Probably not.

The dining experience is great. We go at least once a month. However, our last visit was a nightmare with the parking situation. You must valet & charged $3. We could not get our car back for 40 mins. Valet lost our key & car!!!!!! Finally found our car & then had to find the valet who had the key in his pocket. Nothing was done for our inconvenience by Hilton management! We got an apology. So be careful when you leave your car there. Terrible experience!! Terrible management team!

Although my food was delivered cold, our server was apologetic and did his best to recover. The food once warmed was really good.

Only disappointment and inconvenience was not being able to use the rest room in a timely manner. I asked the bartender where it was and was told I have to wait for the host and he walked away without assisting although not busy. Waited for the host to be told I have to wait longer as there is only one key and someone else has it. After 5 minutes my server came by and escorted me to the bathroom and advised to wait until the other patron came out. I waited another minute or two and the hotel engineer that was there finally let me in. This was inconvenient and no one but the engineer seemed to care.

We decided to have a midday Christmas lunch. This place is Great for a bigger loud family like ours; there are 7 of us ranging from the ages of 8 months to 45 yrs.

We thought we were booked for the Christmas brunch but when we arrived at 3pm we were told that it had finished at 2pm. By booking with Open Table we missed out on the hotel special.

We booked for lunch on Christmas day and really enjoyed the buffet. Everyone was in a festive mood, the service was excellent. Recommended for a special occasion, get a window seat if you can to also enjoy the beautiful view of the gardens.

Decent hotel for a quick bite. Servers were good except that one of the servers took my chair and gave it to another table and upon returning she didn't even apologize for the mishap! Other than that, the buffet was good...lots of variety and great prime rib.

The Christmas Day Brunch Buffet was our first visit to MAC 24/7. Because we had a reservation for 7:45AM, we were seated very quickly, however, the Buffet didn’t start until 8:00AM so we had a few minutes of wait and some coffee. The food was tasty and the ambience was nice. Will probably try to come back and experience a regular dine-in meal.

The atmosphere was good but the food was not. I’ve heard that breakfast is better, but I had dinner and the steak was tough and fatty.

We definitely enjoyed ourselves at this restaurant the food was great the French fries were exceptional!

Surprisingly good for an off-beach hotel restaurant. Pleasant garden view with the feel of the tropics. Fish and chips was the best I've had--light crispy batter, very moist and flaky inside and delicious pineapple Cole slaw as a side. I 'd definitely go there again.

At first glance this place looks a bit like a nice diner or hotel coffee shop but the food is way more than that. They definitely have a mix of classic comfort food (with a Hawaiian twist) and upscale entrees. Our server Sandra was excellent. She brewed us a fresh hot pot of Starbucks coffee when the first pot was served warm. She also checked up on us frequently. I had the classic burger with twister fries. Thick burger was well seasoned, cooked the way I like it and was juicy and delicious. My husband had the pork sandwich smothered with slaw and topped with an onion ring. Although messy, he loved it. Overall the food and service was excellent. This place looks out over the gardens at the Hilton so, don’t expect beach views here.

Incredibly delicious Thanksgiving buffet. Everything was at the proper temperature, fresh, and regularly replenished.

went for thanksgiving dinner buffet. so disappointed. first time there. the menu read really well. but, mac&cheese, mashed potato, pasta salads no or little flavor. salmon was dry. pork roulade mushy. a pancake station was advertised, expected fresh pancakes made to order; no they were premade. desserts were frozen sheet cakes. lobster bisque very sweet. brussel sprouts not cooked. on a positive note, the roast turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce all good.

For our thanksgiving holiday brunch, food offers were great with different options. Traditional offerings perfect. Turkey very moist and the ham was delicious

Food was just OK.

We especially loved the pancakes, although we didn’t go for the challenge. Everything our group tried was excellent!! We also appreciated the fact that there is parking on site for a nominal fee.
