Mabel's BBQ- A Michael Symon Restaurant at The Palms Casino
Great service and awesome food. We tried all you can eat/drink brunch. Everything was so good. Overnight oat was surprisingly awesome given we were at a bbq restaurant but obvious it was an Iron Chef’s recipe.
We ordered and tasted every meat. If you go for a brunch, share the plates and try everything. Servers are very attentive and friendly. It is going to be my go-to’ restaurant when in Vegas.
The food was outstanding, the best bbq I have ever had! The sides were delicious and our waiter Ryan was extremely patient and very helpful!!
The prices were not proportional to what you received.
This was a very nice BBQ experience. A little different, with some creative twists on the menu. The selections and the sauces were very nice, especially the KC version. I didn't like my beer, but that's not their fault. Worth a revisit.
Great food. Good service. A little pricey. Everyone was very nice. Glad I made reservations. they were needed.
Great service. Everything we come here everything tastes great and is super quick. I was charged and brought the wrong beer which sucked but other than that everything’s great
The food was just ok. We ordered cracklins, they were suppose to be salt and vinegar flavored. They tasted like pork rinds I could buy at the store no salt and vinegar flavor at all. The brisket was just ok and the same for the barbecue sauce. Very disappointing. Our service person came over without an introduction or welcome to Mabels. It was our first time there. I found out her name was Hilary on the bill. Not friendly at all! We won’t be back not worth the special trip to the Palms. We thought it would be good because after all it is Michael Symon’s restaurant!
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Our server Kevin really was the best and his passion for service and food shine through. I had an amazing prime rib sandwich and my friend had the turkey BLT. We ordered cracklings to start and had the loaded potatoes and cucumber salad. We finished with a tasty ice cream sandwich to share. The portions are huge and we had lots of leftovers !! I will visit again when in Vegas.
The all you can eat option is amazing! Definitely worth the cost and the food was delicious!
The pulled pork tasted very vinegary. The brisket and potatoes were good. The burnt ends were the best
The Sunday all you can eat brunch with signature cocktails is a very good deal. Service and food were great. Only complaint might be that some of the portions were too big. Smaller portions would allow more sampling.
We absolutely love this place. By far best bbq!!
Even if he wasn't one of my two ALL TIME FAVORITE Iron Chefs I would still LOVE this restaurant! The portions are perfect for sharing and SO delectable!! Will totally be back! LOVE you Chef Symon!
Turkey, Pork Belly and Burnt Ends are so good. Service was great. Always have had great food. BBQ Sauces are really good too. Will come back and will recommend as a place to go.
We tried the Sunday Brunch and it was great! The food was amazing and there was a really good drink selection.
The food was good so was the service. The seating was VERY uncomfortable.
Christmas Day quick dinner before movie. Our server was perfect attentive and helpful. Everything we tried was delicious especially his recommendation of the brisket potatoes. We shared 3 meats and 2 sides among 3 of us and still had left overs.
Thought would be nice change for Christmas Dinner. Good food at reasonable prices however their are very few (2) non-red meat selections. Also sides were very different in that the beans were about a half pint and couldn't be shared yet the loaded fried potatoes could have fed 4. I gave 4 stars for these reasons.
Wow. The meats were great and the pork belly was to die for.
The Sunday all you can eat brunch is incredible! The Burnt Ends were the best I’ve ever had.
I wanted to try this restaurant, I'm from Cleveland originally, and familiar with Michael Symon from the Food Channel. The environment is more like a sports bar than a nice restaurant. Loud and with lots of big TVs showing sporting events. Food items are all ala carte, like a nice steak restaurant, but not like most BBQ restaurants. Very pricey. The food was good, especially the ribs, but now that I've been there once, I wouldn't go back nor would I tell friends to go. There are better BBQ places in Las Vegas that give you more for less money.
It was very nice. The service was good.
It was very cold, we got sat in an area where there was cold air blowing strongly at us and our food. We ordered all you can eat because it was the cheapest way to try more of the sides but we couldn't finish our first order of food before it was all very cold and we were too cold to sit still in the seats.
My dad was visiting and was looking for a new place to try. The service was phenomenal. Our waitress was friendly. Food was amazing!!! Highly recommend.
We went for our grand daughter's birthday. She is a Chef Symon fan. The food was great, our server was even better.
Burnt ends had a lot of fat , ribs had too much rub , cracklins had too much salt on them. Macaroni and cheese was very good. We are from the Cleveland area and that Mabel’s is much better.
Absolutely incredible! The food, service and ambiance deserve 5 stars!
The BBQ ribs-Texas style were good. I think the Thanksgiving dinner was not good.
The smoked turkey was outstanding and very moist! The kale salad with apple cider vinegar dessing was delicious and unique.
We went on Thanksgiving. The thanksgiving offering of smoked turkey and the regular menu items were fantastic as was the service. I rated the ambiance as a 3 due to our being seared upstairs in the loft area where there was only us and another table. It was also cold up there. The atmosphere down stairs was great that we could tell.
Thanksgiving menu was awesome.
Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey was perfectly moist and thick, and enough slices to satisfy.
thanksgiving dinner was surprisingly good but the service we received just about ruined the meal 😐
Your greeted immediately with a warmth and smiles. Our server was very helpful and informative. The food is all about BBQ and it did not disappoint! The table had a variety of sauces to try... all were good. We ordered the pig parts which were delicious. Then we tried the giant beef rib and amazing pork belly! So good and flavorful! The sides were just as good... we’re talking Mac n’ cheese and cornbread! Yum! Generous portions left us full and there were leftovers to enjoy later! Definitely will be coming back for sure!! Great service and delicious food!!
Great time and food
They should sell the dry rub, it was some of the best I’ve ever had
The food was amazing
Our server was super sweet
Michael was there, cane over so I could meet him and was so nice
We will return
Great variety of bbq meats. Service was excellent - Other servers even stopped by when they saw a water 1/2 way full to fill it up as needed. The entire staff was personable and made us feel like family. We had an awesome time!
Fantastic BBQ! Great variety and large portion. Chef Symon was there and checked on us himself.
