Join us for our exclusive Michelin Starred Chef’s Counter experience. This 14 seat intimate culinary journey is where passion and flavor intersect, providing a unique and memorable experience. Prepare to indulge in an unforgettable tasting menu by chef Ryan Ratino. At MAASS, we offer two tasting experiences: The Excursion, a focused menu lasting just under two hours, and The Voyage, a more immersive journey featuring luxurious ingredients over the course of three hours. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions, but need at least 2 days notice to prepare. Vegans guests are encouraged to join us for the à la carte menu in the dining room. Absolutely fantastic, even exceeded expectations. Chef's table was great as was like being in the kitchen and further enhanced the experience. Staff were welcoming, excellent, knowledgeable and personable. Thst the executive chef, Ryan, took time to talk to each guest made it even more special. The service was only surpassed by the food! Every dish, and there were numerous, was innovative, beautifully presented and described, and delicious. The entire evening, ambience, service and food deserved 3 stars and better than our recent meals in a Michelin 3 star restaurant in London and 2 star ones in Miami. Well worth the price for a fantastic meal and night out.

All three of us had the Striped Bass which was delicious as were its accompanying vegetables and the outstanding green garlic sauce. Service also excellent. This was my first time at Maass and I'll definitely return as I'm a local, but, on Fort Lauderdale standards, I found it expensive, both the fish entree and the wine list. There were very few people attending the brunch and it might make sense for the restaurant to consider offering some dishes and wines that are more reasonably priced, in line with Maass's local competition.

The chefs table at MAAS is one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff and service is amazing and each course is better than the last. Also, I feel like at most tasting menus you leave hungry but not this one, you will be absolutely stuffed by the end.
