Casually asked 2 Indian chaps relatively new to Jacksonville where I could find the best Indian restaurant in the area. They both immediately said "Maa Kitchen". Absolutely did not disappoint! We had an amazing meal. The biggest difficulty we encountered was trying to decide what to order from their huge and enticing menu. We will be regular customers for sure.Is this helpful?

While the restaurant shows an available menu, if you go for lunch the only option they allow is the buffet. That said, the food was very good and there were lots of vegetarian and non-veg options available. Items on the buffet were well flavored, not overly spicy.Is this helpful?

We had a wonderful first dining experience on Valentine's Day at Maa Kitchen Indian Restaurant. The selection on the menu was extensive. The food was excellent! The prices were very reasonable. The service we received was extremely personal and attentive. I believe this will be one of our favorite restaurants in the Jacksonville area!Is this helpful?

The food was good as was the service. They definitely need to get another bartendar. The lady that came over was very unprofessional. She could not make a martini, and when I tried to tell her, she didn't listen. My grandson ordered an old-fashion. She didn't know how to make that either. Her hair was very long and she kept twitching it about. Not a good idea where food is being served. She made us a moscow mule, and rather than embarassing her, we ordered it. Not a good experience.Is this helpful?

The food is absolutely superb but the service is a bit slow and inattentive. As long as u dont mind waiting for a drink refill or your order taken, the food makes coming here well worth it.Is this helpful?
