I booked Mother's Day (Friday night) reservations for 4 through Open Table. Once we arrived they couldn't "find" our reservation. Even after showing them my Open Table app with the reservation, they still couldn't "find" it and were quite rude about it. Although the restaurant was empty except for 2 tables, they said they could squeeze us at a high top, which my wife does not like. We decided to leave and the owner followed us outside and miraculously they "found" our reservation. Needless to say, we didn't stay......
