    Our waitress, Kayleigh, was fantastic as usual. We’ve had her the last few times we’ve dined here. We were with 4 others and all of us enjoyed all our appetizers and entrees. We also loved having Taylor Roberts playing acoustic guitar in the background. We’ve know him for several years and have always thoroughly appreciated his talents as a musician.

    Very slow service and food arrived at table cold. Limited, marginal wine selections. Definitely the least among the Medure restaurants in food quality and service. Should have gone to M Shack.

    Our table was well appointed. The waitress was efficient and let us eat leisurely so we could discuss business. The dining room is most attractive and the sound acoustics good. I went in the kitchen to thank all The Staff that did an excellent job. Our meal was a beet salad with salmon on top, small portion as requested. It would have been nice to have some healthy bread and I should have asked for it. Also, The Hostess was wonderful and recognized my guest who arrived after me because I mentioned he had a Scotish accent. Thank everyone and keep up the good work. Dorothy Dorion

    We came and enjoyed the four course “If it grows together, it goes together” meal for our anniversary. The food was incredible, the staff very attentive and the musician they had playing was SO fun. Unusually spot for a fancy dinner, but you would never guess where you are once you get inside the restaurant. We will definitely be back.

    We love having Taylor Roberts play his tunes during dinner. We love Kaely as our server, she knows us well. Dalvin is alway friendly and attentive. Everyone at M Brothers is pleasant and friendly. We brought a new friend with us that had not ever been to M Brothers and she thought it was great!

    What a surprise! Hidden in a corner of the Mayo Clinic building is this oasis called "M". Beautifully decorated with the emphasis on calm and peaceful and the food does not disappoint. We had the burrata and pork belly bites, both delicious. My partner had the salmon and I had the shrimp etouffe. This is a very special restaurant in a most unusual location.

    It was a pleasant evening. Good wine list. Service was excellent. My entree of short ribs with pasta arrived with the short ribs ice cold in the center. I sent it back and arrived again lukewarm. Flavor was excellent, they just missed the temperature.

    Monthly themed dinners here are a treat, and we'll continue to look forward to them. This one, however, missed the mark in a critical way. The main course protein, a fine and unique offering of wild boar chop, varied wildly in doneness at our table. One was well-done throughout, another was rare to the point of leaving enough unrendered connective tissue to make each bite tough. This is unusual and tragic in any "pork chop." The remaining courses were nice, tasty and even attractive in presentation. The other primary elements that make the meal were good or better, including service, ambience, etc. These dinners are well-priced, and value is not really questionable. However, a word of warning for those who are serious about wine. The choices they and other restaurants offer to match such meals must always walk the line between their own cost and the quality and price offered to the guest. The pours are generous, but do not expect "fine" wines when choosing their pairings. The cost of wine has soared since the pandemic as much as any consumable. And French wines, are especially expensive at any real quality level (this was a Loire-themed dinner). So, to keep the up-charge reasonable, quality must come down. As an alternative, their everyday list has some satisfactory bottles to choose from.

    The food at M Brothers is totally in keeping with the quality and attractiveness of the Medure operations. It may be my favorite of all and we have made it a destination and not just a welcome addition to the available fare at Mayo. The food is creative, delicious and beautifully presented. The service is warm and friendly and the staff is professional and welcoming. I look forward to my next opportunity to dine there.

    Did the three course tasting with wine pairing. Our waitress didn't talk about the wine at all and was vague when prompted. Our neighbors had different wait staff and a completely different experience, to include not waiting 30 minutes for a premade dessert. The food itself was presented with some style, but definitely no substance. We were told grilled octopus with caviar, but served tomato caviar (like mini tomatoe gel balls). Octopus tasted like hot dogs. The second course veal was three roughly cut tiny pieces, and while tender lacked any flavor outside of the glaze on the plate. The accompanying potato confit was the larger star in size and flavor. Dessert was fine outside of the half hour wait and the wine pairing was decent despite spending $25 on three glasses of $15 wine (cost per bottle). Honestly, the live music was the difference between 2 and 3 stars.

    Our first visit -- The tasting meal with wine pairings concept is great, but Greek food was just ok -- pita and hummus fairly pedestrian fare, tomato "caviar" was gimmicky and added little except color. Veal was very good. Baklava was limp and marginal. Wine pairings were good. Portions were just right. Service was very good and pleasant with just enough enthusiasm. Convenient parking and valet service. Very good hostess. Lots of promise. We have already reserved next month program! And will also try regular menu and lounge in the future.

    Lovely evening with a visiting granddaughter who was pleased with the service and the dinner. She was also pleased to see that the menu contained a non-fish choice for those who do not eat fish.

    What an amazing restaurant and experience. I am a Mayo patient and scheduled appointments in the morning and afternoon just so I could have lunch at M Brothers. This restaurant is so perfect - you'll forget you're at a hospital. I had a lovely seat for one at the bar and had a nice conversation with the bartender about food, wine, life. The wine list is fantastic and Dwayne at the bar is a sommelier. How's that for a surprise at a hospital? I took his recommendation and had the shrimp fried rice with egg and pork belly. I am not always enamored with pork belly, but this one was perfectly spiced and melted in my mouth. Everything else on the plate was perfect but the pork belly was supremo! I had a nice glass of Italian white wine and while I didn't have a huge appetite on this day, everything was just perfect. Wish I had stayed for dessert and coffee but I did have a nice caramel macchiato at Zest next door earlier in the day (M Bros runs Zest). Zest and M Brothers are elevating not only hospital dining but elevating dining experiences anywhere in Jax. Five stars!
