   Delicious well cooked food. Staff very friendly & good service. Only issue was they were out of alcohol free beers.

   Meal was ok but not great . I felt the chicken needed flavour as did the salad. All in all not a great effort

   From the warm welcome, through to the very efficient and friendly service, to the excellent food, it was a lovely meal. In particular, we really enjoyed the cod's cheeks, the chicken caeser salad and the rhubarb cheese cake

   Great welcome excellent choice of food at good price, the best steak in years cooked just as I asked (just past rare). Sat outside with a little traffic noise but still very comfortable. Will return and recommend to anyone

   The best thing about our visit was the weather, being able to sit outside on a lovely sunny day. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself feel far below. We were seated for half hour before we had our drinks order taken. We had to get up and find someone to order our food and later the same for dessert. The food was okay, nothing special. Very much seemed if you were sitting outside you were forgotten about. Generally, overpriced food and drinks, and pretty poor service.

   We have eaten there 4 times now, and the service has always been great, On Saturday we were served by a lovely young waitress who had recently relocated with her family from Bournmouth to Woburn (sorry I didn't catch her name) possibly Rosie? She was exceptional!!!!! and I did tell them this as we left. Ambience is always good, food is always well cooked and flavoursome, My only complaint would be that the menu could be a bit more exciting, and varied, and although we were told it changes every 6 weeks we are yet to this?

   We had a wonderful warm greeting, introduction to our waiter Blaze who delivered great service all evening, and we enjoyed delicious fish dishes which were beautully prepared and presented. It's great to find several fish options on a menu and also to dine somewhere that pays such attention to great service right from the moment you step through the door. We will be back for sure! 🙌🏻
