   Excellent experience today. Roast beef Sunday lunch. It was superbly cooked. The beef was tender with home made Yorkshire pudding and excellent roast potatoes and a generous selection of some tasty vegetables, served With a red wine sauce / gravy. Service and attention. Impeccable. Our favourite restaurant in a 20 mile radius ! A nice quiet table as requested too. Thank you to the staff. Will be definite returning with the family for the roast which was a first today.

   We usually dine at Lussmans St Albans. The service at Berkhamsted is vastly superior to that we experienced in St Albans. The cooking and ambience were also superior.
