Flat out – – a wonderful restaurant! Had the perfect Florida daiquiri, oysters, red curry sea bass, miso salmon, and Key Lime pie. Carlos is a superb waiter—he guided us through the menu, assisted with our wine selection, and made the experience very memorable. Definitely on the return list!
Service could have been much better. There was actual bickering between servers as to whose table was whose and whether they were going to take them. Very unprofessional.
While We had reserved a table we opted to
Try the happy hour menu at the bar ( which was till 7:30 pm on a Saturday !). Everything was delicious, inexpensive, beyond fresh... service was impeccable. Total bill with 4 glasses of wine, lots of food ( fresh oysters, spicy tuna on crispy rice, fried oysters, deviled eggs...) was 80$ including automatic gratuity. Will be back!!!!
Everything was amazing!! Service was wonderful! Would definitely recommend!!
Amazing service and staff! So accommodating and food was delicious!
Food was great and atmosphere was perfectly chilled👌🏽
Delicious food with considerate and timely service.
I live in NYC and often dine at the location in Soho. My husband and I came to Miami for a short vacation and were excited to have dinner at Lure Miami. We were seated right away at a large booth and our waitress Brittany gave us exceptional service. We started with shrimp cocktail (huge shrimp), octopus and tuna sashimi... all were terrific.
For entrees we ordered Alaskan King Crab Legs and a King crab roll. The portions at Lure were very generous and our martini/cocktails were delicious. The manager Gatsby Gilles came over to welcome us and was always present in the dining room ensuring a wonderful evening for all.
Highly recommend to any seafood lovers in Miami!
Excellent meal here. We had oysters and sushi followed by creme brulee - all very tasty. Great service too. Quite busy with families so probably not the spot for a particularly romantic meal.
We have been to a few Josh Capon's restaurants however we really enjoy Lure. The service here was outstanding our server Alberto and really the entire Lure staff really took care of us and went out of their way to make sure we really enjoyed our time there. The food was outstanding and we will definitely be back soon.
I love lure fish bar in NYC. so I was expecting to get the same experience in Miami The menu was the same and so were the prices but the food was no where near to New York’s standards. Nothing felt fresh. The taste was awful awful. I really let my friends down taking them to what I thought was an upscale restaurant which did not deliver. The service however was terrific. Shame on you guys for even having the same name as the one at NYC. stay away.
Everything was excellent: the food, service and ambiance. The Loews is the old St Moritz and is filled with Art Deco style and glamorous. It was a lovely experience.
It Was an so sow and poor service
No worth it
-The clam chowder was all bacon. No clams.
-The waiter station cabinet is in the middle of the floor and noisy.
-No windows or ocean / pools views. Felt like a basement room.
-for$5, it was just one piece of fish. Usually its two pieces.
For those of you who know Lure Fishbar from Manhattan, this is as close as it gets. While they have spun off and are now owned by Lowe’s, this restaurant is the real deal offered excellent seafood especially on the sushi side of life. Our waiter Kristina is an A++ young lady who knows the business inside and out. Helpful, cordial, professional and attentive, Kristina knows the menu inside and out and was spot on with recommendations and pacing a complex menu to the delight of our party of 5. Kudos to her AND the kitchen staff of this fabulous restaurant. I picked it based on a long term love affair with the original NYC SoHo location and only learned that it was now a Lowe’s restaurant part way through dinner. But everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you Kristina for s great evening and thank you Lure for taking a great concept restaurant and keeping it great. Highly highly recommend.
Nice but we had a cramped booth for 6 people and it was not comfortable. Also we tried to order the chowder and were told it wasn’t ready yet. Not sure how that could be - restaurant opened at 6 and it was after 6:30. It was disappointing as we expected it to be much better for the price.
Food was delicious and waiter Dennis made us feel very special!
Food is a bit overpriced. Service was quick and good and the setting very charming
Service was so friendly and professional. Food was amazing! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. You get an amazing meal, great service in an intimate setting.
Came here with my wife. It was amazing. The service and food were awesome. I wish I would have known about this place before. Will definitely be coming back!
Both the Seqbass and Tuna entrees were first-rate! The salad was very good, and big enough for the two of us to share. For dessert we tried the 3(small) ice creams sandwiches - delicious, and fun to decide which was our favorite. We were there early, and it was quiet, but a lovely spot.
Service excellent, food delicious and we could converse!
The rolls were small, the lure roll tasted like it was made with dehydrated onions and wasn’t good at all and the menu is extremely overpriced for the quality of food. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely tho.
The crab trio was absolutely amazing. My business partner had the Nori Crusted Tuna which was so delicious as well. 10/10 service. Will dine here again!
Great experience from start to finish
We actually dined twice during Basel Miami at Lure . My family ate their weight in stone crabs! According to them the seafood is fresh and excellent . I am a vegetarian so enjoyed the pepper mozzarella app and the cauliflower steak .
The cocktails were excellent.
We also grabbed a pizza in their lobby as we were walking back a different night .
The pizza needs work. The dough has no flavor . The kids would eat it but as an Adult your pizza is a total miss .
great food and outstanding service , food was beyond my expectation, I will definitely visit again.
Oysters with pineapple salsa, both east & west coast, delish, esp with the Whirlpool cocktail! Scallops perfect as was sea bass entrees.
The motif didn’t fit the noise and clientele. Food and service were very good. Too much bar noise in the restaurant.
Service was attentive and fun, present but not overbearing. Fish was delicious. Fresh, bright, wonderful. And noise level was minimal compared to so many places that are BOOM BOOM BOOM.
Wonderful ambiance, outstanding sushi, great service - a little expensive. Don't go if you can't afford it.
The king crab was amazing, but the rest of the experience was very average. the sushi wasnt better then at an all you can eat. The music was way too loud and the AC was on too hard. Pricing was high far what it was..
We went to dinner there for Thanksgiving as a family with a 2 year old and it was perfect!
Fab service even hostess was fabulous !!!
Lure seems to have lost its step. It used to be great with fresh fish , a packed house and great service. This time the place smelled fishy and food was a 3/5. Hope they turn things around.
Great food, great service...overall great experience! Highly recommend!
First we started at the bar with Austin the Bartender and enjoyed the happy hour and fantastic oysters and margaritas. Then my wife and I transitioned into the dining area where Luca and his team set us up with a fantastic table and amuse-bouche in honor of our honeymoon. We started dinner off with the royal-tower and then finished with the key lime pie.
So In short, fantastic place, couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from service to servings!!!
Best oysters I’ve had in years. Exceptional service and attention to detail.
We were pleasantly surprised! The fish was amazingly fresh! The service was exceptional & our server Rina was attentive throughout the meal! Thank you for a fabulous experience! Hats off to the chef!
