Welcome to Lure Fish House, if your preferred reservation time is not available about half of our overall seating is unreserved for walk-ins. Our bar and oyster bar areas offer our full service menu and are open seating in order of arrival.

Lure Fish House is a Ventura California based family-owned restaurant featuring the freshest sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Our Arizona Lure has its seafood order prepared in our own Ventura California seafood cutting facility and is directly driven to Arizona about 15 hours after it is ordered from the chef in Scottsdale. We feature organically grown local produce and wines from local vineyards whenever possible. We also feature a full bar with specialty cocktails made with freshly squeezed fruit juices and a raw bar serving a variety of fresh chilled seafood and oysters.

    Food was good but i wish we had a different waitress. Why bother asking on the reservation and by the hostess what we’re celebrating( we were celebrating 9 year wedding anniv) We didn’t have waters refilled the entire time and when we ordered apps and then our main courses , we knew what we wanted so it was quick but the way she would stare at us and talk it felt like one big giant inconvenience to be there Food tasted great but the vibe was so uncomfortable that we ate quicker and left to go elsewhere for dessert/coffee/etc and she couldnt even say thank you for coming in and have a good night without sounding incredibly forced and fake

    This was our third time dining at Lure. Somehow it gets better each time. That’s consistency! The broiled oyster appetizer is the delightful starter. The Veracruz fish chowder has a deep, dark broth and is loaded with chopped veggies and assorted fish, spiced to wake up the taste buds and rich in layers of flavors. We both had the South African Lobster Tail entree, which was grilled to perfection. I have been up the coast of Maine and often eaten lobster fresh out of the ocean boiled in sea water at the lobster pounds. This lobster at Lure, is by far, the best I have ever experienced. Oh, and if you have any concerns about gluten free or Celiac issues, Lure takes the extra steps to accommodate your dietary needs.

    Food did not taste very good. Fish was mushy and bread was very hard. Cream Spinach did not have a good flavor.

    We ate on the back patio, which was absolutely beautiful. I ordered the steak fillet and I have to say it wasn’t very good. Our server was very friendly and helpful and the other folks at dinner enjoyed their fish. I guess the rule is don’t order steak at a fish place.

    We had a wonderful lunch sitting outside in the covered patio. The food and service were truly excellent. This has become our "go to" lunch stop when we arrive in Phoenix, and it never disappoints. We may come back for dinner before we leave.
