   It was my mom’s birthday dinner and when my mom went to the washroom, I told the server that we’ll order a tiramisu after our meal to which she happily responded that she will bring one with a candle. When we finished our meal, the server came to ask if there is anything else we need, and I said no thinking that she will bring the tiramisu as we discussed just an hour earlier. But instead she brought us the bill and no tiramisu or candle… very disappointing especially given that we wrote on our reservation that it was a birthday occasion. Food was solid though especially the rigatoni with vodka sauce, just wished that the service was better.

   Amazing food, everything was fresh. Staff was very thorough with explaining the menu. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Banff.

    Food is always good but we didn't like the service provided to us. Maybe because we have a kid the server's mood and service changed or it's busy but we didn't like how he talked to us. We ordered mozza stick for kids but we didn't know there's a full order for that. He took the menu and showed us so we're like oh we didn't know because we were ordering for our baby. He said I assumed it's the full one but he sounded rude. It's fine but he didn't have to say it that way.
