Famed New York City restaurateur Anthony Scotto brings his decades of experience to Nashville's Gulch neighborhood with Luogo. Named after the Italian word for “the place,” this must-visit destination focuses on upscale, authentic Italian food featuring many of Scotto's iconic dishes, with the focus being coastal cuisine.

For groups of 11 or more and private event inquiries, please reach out to Holly at holly@luogorestaurant.com.

20% gratuity will be applied to groups of 8 or more. Split checks may be divided up to 4 credit cards at equal value. A corkage fee of $55 per 750ml will be applied to guests bringing their own wine (limit 2 bottles). A dessert plating fee of $5 per person will be applied to any outside desserts brought by guests.

Short ribs were excellent and so was the service. It was a bit loud at first as we were near the back and there was a big group in the back room who were celebrating something but after they left the noise level was ok.

We had an absolutely exceptional dinner at Luogo last night! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—Geoffrey and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our experience was perfect. Attentive without being intrusive, friendly yet professional—they struck the ideal balance that elevated the evening from a meal to a memorable night out. My husband ordered the Chicken Piccata and declared it the best he’s ever had—perfectly cooked, with a bright, flavorful sauce that was both rich and refreshing. I had the Spaghetti and Meatballs, and it was classic comfort food done right—tender meatballs, al dente pasta, and a marinara that tasted slow-simmered and full of love. Every course was beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and just the right amount of lively. It’s clear the team at Luogo takes pride in what they do—from the kitchen to the front of house. We can’t wait to return. Thank you, Geoffrey and team, for an unforgettable evening!

Waited 15 minutes for one of our meals which was pasta- mashed potatoes were overpriced but delicious. Loved the banana pudding and the cannolis were great. Really amazing GF options!!

What a memorable experience! It was more than a meal — experience is the right word. The ambience was perfect for our anniversary dinner. The food was exquisite - the flavors were rich and elevated and the presentation was art. I haven’t left a meal that wowed in a good while. Geoffrey, our server, was informative and attentive. He made us feel like VIPs. I highly recommend you visit. I know I will return when I am back in Nashville.

I am posting bc we shared w/the mgmt/servers & understand that things go wrong so wanted to give opportunity to make it right... they did not. The evening was a disaster from the start w/ Luogo offering a 9:30 reservation thru opentable. It wasn't until we arrived that they tell us the kitchen would close @10 so we needed to decide on our food. The reservation should never had been an option. We ordered & the manager came out before food & asked how everything was- we assured him we thought it would be fine when it came out. 3-4 bites into the meal the dessert manager comes out to ask us if we were going to want dessert & tried to upsell a member of our party- still not finished with dinner. At 10:30/40 the valet comes to the table with our car key & asks us to pay bc we are the "last car" and they wanted to leave! The manager comes over when we say that while the food was great, we had felt rushed from the start & never would have made this reservation had it been known that we would not be able to have the full dining experience that we were prepared to pay for. Instead of acknowledging the issue & trying to find a way to remedy a debacle of a dining experience, he repeatedly stated that he had been a valet and it is tough for them at the end of the night! The food is wonderful, but the experience left me feeling like we had just left Applebees with the night shift trying to hurry us out so that they could go. I am Not sure if this is an open table issue or luogo but when people come for an evening meal with guests, the last thing they want is to be rushed. The waitress even acknowledged that she had rushed us and apologized repeatedly... not a manager. The latest reservation option should have been 8:30 to allow people to order plenty of hors d’oeuvre’s to be enjoyed & then a meal, bottles of wine, dessert etc. It was disappointing because that was the one restaurant I wanted to share with my family while in Nashville & now I doubt I'll go back.

The food was incredibly unimpressive. Very basic Italian food made for folks who have a basic pallet. The real shock is the price, I was actually angry when I got the bill. The value equation is completely off and it’s almost insulting so much they are charging for mediocre food and service.
