Chef Raphael Lunetta and Emilio Cuyuch chef driven neighborhood diner with rustic California dining room and bar. Lunetta serves great food paired with locally roasted coffee options, classic cocktails, large selection of craft beer and delicious wines that we enjoy drinking with our family & friends.We buy the freshest ingredients we can find. We cook seasonally because that’s what is fresh and best. We support local farmers and businesses whenever we can, because the best flavor naturally follows. Menus for Lunetta are locally sourced and responsibly grown, using seasonal ingredients based on the abundant product available on the California Coast. I came for brunch with a few friends and was easily able to snag a reservation the night before (in LA, that’s shocking). At 10:45 on a Saturday, we were one of the first ones there. So, you can imagine the vibe is definitely on the quieter/lowkey side, which is totally fine if you actually want to catch up with friends (not so much if you’re trying to have a fun and boozy brunch). We were quickly sat, met by the server almost immediately, and had excellent service the whole way through! We all really enjoyed our meals and finished nearly everything on our plates. Now, is this the best brunch you’ll have in LA? No, not even close. However, is this an easy, still yummy, spot to grab brunch with friends? Absolutely

Food was excellent and the ambiance sitting outside was great. We had the pork chop, puréed herb potatoes, appetizer sashimi and olives. Everything was top notch, food and service. Pork chop was very moist and the sauce they serve with it brought the pork chop over the top. Pure heaven. I wish they would change their policy regarding happy hour and allow happy hour if you sit outside. We have a dog and since he cannot go inside the restaurant then allow us to have happy hour outside with our best friend. Most restaurants make this exception. We would certainly frequent your establishment much more often as we love happy hour.

The inside seating was quiet and enjoyed the nearby fire on Easter day brunch. The service was slow and our waiter was clearly caring for too many tables and frequently forgot to bring us beverages. The food was fair to good, with no follow up from the waiter on quality or if we had everything that we needed. The on-site parking was a bonus, but not sure if I would return anytime soon.
