Cold cut and cheese can be more premium for the price of the platter and real piece of bread and some butter will be welcome instead of 2 marmalade and one honey
Mascarpone cream of the tiramisu was bit too hard I was expecting something more soft.
Overall great evening

It was great experience overall but there was little wait for our table when we arrived even though we booked few days ago and was confirmed by the them via phone call.

Lovely view and the set is great with olive trees and red lighting
Food is ok with a short menu and just about sufficient choice
Drinks are fine but a bit pricey

We had book a table outside, which was not available at our arrival, it is not correct for us as we are reserved the table one week ago and are good clients of yours. The un hospitality of the hostesses was even more shocking. Hopefully, one of the waiter was very nice and found us a table outside as it was normally convince. Even through we are really disappointed of the service, and it’s not the first time.
Hope you’ll get this as a good criticize to improve your service in which we believe have a very good potential.

Beautiful but the music way way too loud

Fantastic place and outstanding service! However, the volume of the music can sometimes be too loud which doesn't allow guests to properly communicate between them or to effectively communicate with the waiters. Overall, I'll recommend this rooftop to my friends. Thanks to the team ;)

The ambiente of the Luna Sky Bar is nice . As the Noise level of the music is a bit high and also i am more the unpredictic Guy I will maybe not see you again .

Food was great and good value. Cocktails were delicious! Will definitely be back.

We order table with special request, and we were waiting our table 4p min at the bar,they gave as totally wrong table with super uncomfortable table.mood is terrible

the ambience was Wow overlooking the busy streets of DIFC and iconic Burj Khalifa.
Food was awesome. We had come on ladies night on Wednesday. as the night passes by, the crowd gets denser, lovely live music eh talented group of musicians.

Hi, extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered calamari and spicy shrimp... both tasted ‘fishy’ - clearly their seafood wasn’t fresh. I don’t mind paying extra... but food has to be of a certain quality.

Amazing experience, amazing views and amazing staff. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone.

Booked outside table only to be told they were all reserved on arrival despite there being many empty tables with no reservation signs. I have been to this rooftop bar before and thought it had a lovely view and had wanted to take my parents who were visiting dubai for a few drinks here. Despite explaining to the hostess I had booked an outside table for my visitors no effort was made to accommodate the request even to allow us to have one drink. Disappointing service and standard from such a respected hotel name.

Lady’s night information was misleading but we had a great time anyway as we already love the ambience of this venue

I wasn’t impressed by the service, it wasn’t the Four Seasons experience.
The hostess wasn’t at her station and once I arrived to the outdoor area I was asked to walk back all the way inside to the hostess station, with the hostess, for her to check my reservation. Once she confirmed my reservation she escorted us to the table, I asked for the adjacent table, and was told that it was reserved, it was 7pm, by 9.30pm that table was still empty. Not sure why we weren’t allowed to sit there. Regarding the orders, it takes too long to get anything, including the attention of the waiter. We asked for a shisha 4 times before it came. I dont think I will go back, there are better options close by.

I have booked the table and send an email confirmation and when you go tell me that no booking deal is bad and will not repeat the experience

I got surprised when I asked for another glass of wine and they just add wine to my glass that I even didn’t finish yet! The dishes are small and over priced.

Amazing birthday evening with a great staff. I truly enjoyed it.

The food is amazing but a bit overpriced. 170 dhs for 4 pieces of sushi anywhere in the world is too much! Also the place allows for cigar smokers amongst the rest of the patrons. This disrupted not only our meal but also our atmosphere. Cigars are extremely annoying to those that do not like them and even more so to non smokers. Allowing four men to smoke up the whole area with huge cigars ruined our experience. I enjoy Luna Sky Bar and enjoy the atmosphere but at some point Dubai must accept that smoking and cigars ruin it for the majority of people here that do not smoke at all or want to enjoy fresh air.

Alina was great! But overall service wasn’t up to four seasons standard. Waiting for water 10min.

I loved my experience there, it was our last night in Dubai and everything was absolutely amazing from the views to the waiters to the food. Definitely would recommend it and affordable too if anyone is worried about money :D

A very pleasant place to relax. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. I really enjoyed the visit.
