The kitchen staff takes inspirations from cooking techniques and flavors from all over the world and incorporating them into classic Mexican dishes. In addition to its main dining room, Luna also offers a private event space for up to 70 people, along with a custom catering menu for anything from birthday parties to rehearsal dinners. Guests should definitely start with the house guacamole, prepared tableside with fresh hass avocados, chiles, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, fresh lime juice and served with crispy tosaditas. Each dish at Luna is bursting with flavor, using Mexican recipes as the anchor with little twists thrown in, like empanadas with short ribs and house-made chorizo with oaxaca cheese, crema ranchera, dried fruit and chipotle walnut dipping sauce.
